Shortness of Breath During Pregnancy

Good afternoon! how can I cope with the problem of shortness of breath, I feel that in the lungs less and less air. This is normal?

As baby grows, your organs moved upward into your chest cavity to make room for the expanding uterus. Your lungs, diaphragm, and heart are put under greater strain than usual due to be pushed against each other and because your heart is having to work harder. This can make your breathing feel laboured. So yes, it’s normal.

It’s pretty normal, unfortunately there’s not much you can do.

Try drinking more water and some light stretching. Try a brisk walk in some fresh air or try some breathing exercises.
