I’ve discovered the name [name_f]Shoshana[/name_f] recently, and I kind of like it. What kind of character do you think she’d be? Middle name ideas? Opinions on the name in general?

I like it! To me it sounds calm and peaceful, so I can picture it on a serene character, maybe with blonde hair.
At first thought, I see [name_f]Shoshana[/name_f] as an earth-loving girl who’s a bit of a loner, slightly bohemian, and likes to create things. Maybe she’s a painter, or maybe she makes sculptures out of sticks she finds in the woods.
Alternately, I can see [name_f]Shoshana[/name_f] as similar to [name_f]Serena[/name_f] [name_u]Van[/name_u] Der Woodsen from Gossip Girl. In case you don’t know the show, she is a highly attractive “it girl” from a wealthy family who’s always in the spotlight, sometimes for doing wild behavior. [name_f]Shoshana[/name_f] would feel misunderstood and be less spacey/airheaded than people perceived her. She would often be NN’d “Shosh” (sounds like most and post, not like [name_m]Josh[/name_m]).
Another idea for [name_f]Shoshana[/name_f] is that she’s the prettiest girl in her rural farming town. She embodies the spirit of the place—she begins her days milking her family’s cows and intends to make her life there.
[name_f]Shoshana[/name_f] could be anyone, really. But I think she’s different. Whoever she is, she stands out from a crowd and there’s something ethereal about her.
