[name]Rosa[/name] is my number one at the moment, I think it’s gorgeous. I have gone through so many variants of [name]Rose[/name], but I’ve lost interest in the longer rose names over time. Many of them just sound too stuffy to me, and I can’t see myself using them.
I wasn’t too worried about [name]Rosa[/name]'s popularity, as it ranks #238 in the 2010 UK [name]Baby[/name] Names chart with just 208 births last year. However, I added up all the rose names* earlier and found that if you lump them all together, they’d rank 24th in the chart. That’s a lot higher than I’d be hoping for in a name, and I’m worried that most rose names (including [name]Rosa[/name]) will end up inevitably going as [name]Rose[/name]/[name]Rosie[/name]/[name]Rosa[/name].
[name]Do[/name] you guys think it’s something to be avoided? [name]Will[/name] she just end up being [name]Rosa[/name] A. (for example) in a sea of kids with similar names?
