Those initials are totally fine. [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is beautiful. I wouldn’t be bothered by the initials at all. Initials don’t matter to me unless they spell something really inappropriate or embarrassing.
Haha, I don’t see a problem at all! But I certainly understand your desire to make sure her name is perfect! ACK are actually my father in law’s initials and he writes them on lots of things (like marking his tools and stuff) so I’ve seen that combo a lot and never thought anything of it.
Also, if your daughter gets anything monogrammed it will likely be displayed as “aKc” with the last name featured more prominently in the middle which helps break it up.

I can see why it would bother you…it would bother me, too. But it’s not a huge deal. If you can’t get over it, why not name her something a little more interesting as a first name and call her [name_f]Anna[/name_f]? [name_f]Julianna[/name_f], [name_f]Marianna[/name_f], [name_f]Aubrianna[/name_f], [name_f]Gianna[/name_f], [name_f]Pollyanna[/name_f], [name_f]Dianna[/name_f]?

It’s onomatopoeia, similar to “aagh” or “gah.”
I’d maybe be worried about something like GAH or DOH - maybe - but ACK isn’t that conspicuous, and it’s a cute sound. I wouldn’t consider it a dealbreaker at all.
