Should we go for Lyra?

Hello berries! DH and I are expecting our third and last child. We already have a daughter and a son in their late teens, named [name_f]Rose[/name_f] & [name_u]Jesse[/name_u].

Naming this little girl has been a real task! We love the name [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] for her and would love to use it, but we think it might be too different in style from [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_u]Jesse[/name_u].

But because they are already a bit older and will both be out of the house soon ([name_f]Rose[/name_f] is already in college), we are considering to be more lenient in style and just go with [name_f]Lyra[/name_f].

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_u]Jesse[/name_u] both said they like the name, but we’re not really sure it would be wise (they are siblings after all!) and we would love some outside opinions on this!

I think you should go for [name_f]Lyra[/name_f].

It feels a bit more adventurous to me, but it is no way weird with [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and/or [name_u]Jesse[/name_u].

I like it!

It doesn’t sound bad at all! It’s pretty and sweet

[name_f]Lyra[/name_f] might be a little different style wise but it’s short and sweet like [name_f]Rose[/name_f]! I think it will fit nicely with the older kids!

[name_f]Lyra[/name_f] is gorgeous! I think it fits in nicely but I also think that matching names isnt as big a deal when there’s a big age gap

I love [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] and think it is fine with [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_u]Jesse[/name_u].

I’m not a personal fan of [name_f]Lyra[/name_f], but it works fine

Thanks for the comments, everyone
