I currently have twins Henry Michael and Caroline Lily, and we are having a third gender unknown! We really like older classic names! However we are finding a lot of the girl names we love we cannot use because of close friends/ relatives!
Possible girl names:
-Daphne
-Kate
-June
Girl names we love but can’t use- Dorothy , Eleanor, Virginia or Genevieve with nn Ginny, Annie, Charlotte
…would mostly love advice on other girl names with similar style to these…
Boy names:
-Oliver is our top name right now!
-Malcolm nn Mack
Middle name for our girl would likely be some variation of the name Emily and middle name for boy would likely be Anderson
Thank you so much! [name_f]Do[/name_f] you have any middle seas for [name_f]Kate[/name_f]? I feel like it has to be a longer name and I could did into some of the names that I can’t use as first names!
Thank you!! I’m loving [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] too!! I also like [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] a lot from your list! Would [name_f]Tilly[/name_f] or [name_f]Tillie[/name_f] be the nn?
So many great names on your can’t use list. I love [name_f]Ginny[/name_f] as a nickname too. Firstly, a few middle name ideas for Kate.I think [name_f]Kate[/name_f] [name_f]Virginia[/name_f] and [name_f]Kate[/name_f] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] would be fantastic options if you want to use them as middle names. Other ideas:
Yes, tilly is common nickname. In [name_m]Sweden[/name_m] they love [name_f]Tilda[/name_f], which apparently means [name_f]Sparkle[/name_f] in their language
For a boy I can see [name_f][/name_f]: [name_f][/name_f][name_m]Allan[/name_m] [name_f][/name_f][name_m]Owen[/name_m] [name_f][/name_f][name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] [name_f][/name_f][name_m]Joseph[/name_m] [name_f][/name_f][name_m]Timothy[/name_m]
I’m not as keen on [name_f]Kate[/name_f] when you have a [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] as I prefer different starting sounds, not just different letters. But I do like that it’s coming back. [name_f]June[/name_f] is peaceful & sweet!
[name_f][/name_f]
I like both boys’ names. [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] is a bit more spunky & sprightly and [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] more reliable (and more eldest child seeming).
Congrats on baby #3[name_f][/name_f]! [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Michael[/name_m] and [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] are such beautiful, classic names. You have great taste!
[name_f][/name_f]
Here are some suggestions for girls names: [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Marie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] (Rosie) [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] / [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Josephine[/name_f] (Josie or Jo) [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] (Bea) [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Frances[/name_f] (Frankie or Francie) [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Edith[/name_f] (Edie) [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Theodora[/name_f] / [name_f]Theodosia[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Louisa[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Estelle[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Lillian[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Marigold[/name_f] [name_f][/name_f][name_f]Isadora[/name_f]
[name_f][/name_f]
Some variations of [name_f]Emily[/name_f] that could pair beautifully: [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f], [name_f]Emilia[/name_f], [name_f]Emery[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f]

Thank you so much! I love [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] and [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]! [name_f]My[/name_f] husband doesn’t love [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] though and I have a friend with a baby named [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]
