So, I’m due in [name_f]October[/name_f]! We don’t know the sex yet, but I have a strong feeling it’s a girl. We have a beautiful and wonderful 17 month old daughter, [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]. Her name came out of NO WHERE. It was not planned, was not on any list, was not even a thought, and I had been obsessing over a name throughout the entire pregnancy. We had favorites, but none of them fit her once she was born. My husband said ‘[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]’ and I felt that was it.
Now, with the second one coming in the fall, I have some ideas but I don’t want to obsess this time. We don’t have a middle name picked out either. I love pretty much any style name, but my husband is very picky when it comes to names. He believes we will know when we meet him/her. I, on the other hand, am an over thinker and would like to hear how it sounds… but I am much more patient this time around.
My husband and I both like classic names, with a unique appeal.
