Sibling for Edward

We have a LB called [name_u]Edward[/name_u] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] nn “Teddy”

We are struggling to decide on his sibling’s name.

We have always liked the name [name_f]Rosie[/name_f], but have a common surname so are considering a more unique version like [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] which can be nn [name_f]Rosie[/name_f]. I like the middle name of [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] but is [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] too much?

We have these names on our boy list but again are worried about the name being too common. I would really like [name_u]Harry[/name_u] to be included in his name, either as first or middle name. [name_f]My[/name_f] worry is that I don’t want both first and middle names to rhyme with an “ie” sound.
[name_u]Harry[/name_u]
[name_u]George[/name_u]
[name_m]Archie[/name_m]
[name_u]Charlie[/name_u]
[name_m]Leonard[/name_m] (poss middle name)

Also open to other suggestions! Thank you

[name_u]Edward[/name_u] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] is such a sweet name!

I don’t think [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is too much, it sounds very nice. I do have to warn you though that if you have an [name_u]Edward[/name_u] and a [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] a fair few people will automatically go oh they are fans of [name_u]Twilight[/name_u]. Not sure if that is a concern for you but it definitely popped into my head when I saw them. Still great names!

Some other [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] names are:
[name_f]Rosalyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Roseanne[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]
[name_f]Primrose[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosalina[/name_f]
Ella-Rose

I think [name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_m]Leonard[/name_m] sounds really nice and goes great with an [name_u]Edward[/name_u] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m]!

Some other suggestions:
[name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m]
[name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_u]Douglas[/name_u]
[name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_u]Walter[/name_u]
[name_m]Joshua[/name_m] [name_u]Harry[/name_u]
[name_m]Brendon[/name_m] [name_u]Harry[/name_u]
[name_u]Elliot[/name_u] [name_u]Harry[/name_u]
[name_m]Samuel[/name_m] [name_u]Harry[/name_u]

[name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is really pretty!!

Some ideas

[name_m]Leon[/name_m] [name_u]Harry[/name_u]
[name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_u]Charles[/name_u]
[name_u]George[/name_u] [name_m]Leonard[/name_m]
[name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_m]Leonard[/name_m]
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m] [name_u]Harry[/name_u]
[name_u]Henry[/name_u] [name_m]Leonard[/name_m]
[name_u]Julian[/name_u] [name_u]Harry[/name_u]

I like [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]. I’m also a fan of [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] or just [name_f]Rosa[/name_f]

[name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_m]Leonard[/name_m] would be great!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

[name_u]Edward[/name_u] [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] nn [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] is adorable.

I’m guessing that you live in the U.K. [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] isn’t too popular here in the U.S, but I think that it is across the pond. Anyway, [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] is so sweet! Especially w/big brother, [name_u]Teddy[/name_u]. [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] sounds nice in my opinion. It’s a bit ‘l’ & ‘s’ heavy, but I wouldn’t worry. Especially if [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is a special honor mn. There’s always [name_f]Rosalia[/name_f], [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] & [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] as [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] ideas too. I think I do personally like just [name_f]Rose[/name_f] the best. It feels very sleek.

As for a boy, these are all adorable. [name_m]Leonard[/name_m] is the most unique option. I especially like it for the nns of [name_u]Leo[/name_u] & [name_m]Lad[/name_m] perhaps?! [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] is my favorite from your list. I’d be tempted to do [name_u]Charles[/name_u], just because [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] has a full name of [name_u]Edward[/name_u]. [name_u]Charles[/name_u] [name_u]Harry[/name_u] is perfect. Maybe a bit royal…not sure if that’s an issue for you!

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

you could maybe go with a variant of the name if you don’t want the rhyming -ie ending  so maybe something like…

george harrison
harry leonard
charlie harris
harry archer

Although it is a nice name, I am not a fan of the E sounds together in [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], so in that way it is too much for me. I would love [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] or [name_f]Roseanne[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] though!

[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] is an option if you want an e sounding name with it too.

There is a famous [name_u]George[/name_u] [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] so I would be careful of that.
