Currently pregnant with number 2 and having an incredibly hard time coming up with names.

I have worked with children for the last 10 years have have heard just about every name in the book. I really don’t like anything too common,
Where I’m from, [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] is practically unheard of, whereas [name_u]Avery[/name_u], is definitely more common but it has family history.

Our last name is Petten if that helps!

I really like [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] with [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m].

For boys, what about [name_m]Vaughn[/name_m], [name_u]Emory[/name_u], or [name_u]Bryce[/name_u]?

I agree with pp. [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] fits well with [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m].

For boys, [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] and [name_m]Malcolm[/name_m] or [name_u]Emory[/name_u]/[name_u]Emery[/name_u] would work.

[name_f]Elodie[/name_f] is perfect for [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]'s sister; for a brother name I like [name_m]Hamish[/name_m] or [name_m]Ronan[/name_m].

Here are my thoughts on your list:

[name_f]Soraya[/name_f]-This is certainly different. I think that it will be constantly mispronounced and misspelled, honestly.

[name_f]Elodie[/name_f]-This is kind of cute. It’s sing-songy like [name_f]Melody[/name_f], but sounds fresher on a 2020 baby.

[name_u]Wren[/name_u]-I don’t personally love the sound of this, although I love the imagery. It’s kind of cool & unique though.

[name_u]Camdyn[/name_u]-Meh. Sort of trendy & masculine in my opinion.

[name_f]Laurelei[/name_f]-Beautiful name but awkward spelling. [name_f]Lorelei[/name_f] would be perfect.

[name_m]Thatcher[/name_m]-So cute! I always suggest this, but rarely see it on lists. It’s perfect w/[name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]. Very charming yet a little rugged.

Abrahm-Hm. See [name_f]Laurelei[/name_f]. Great name, but I think that the ‘h’ is unnecessary. [name_m]Abram[/name_m] is very smart & dashing. The nn [name_m]Abe[/name_m] is cool too.

[name_m]Malcolm[/name_m]-This seems like a nice Scottish fit w/[name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]. Great strong manly name, yet it sounds kind as well. It’s know, but not at all over done.
