I’m new to this forum. I am, like many here, someone who has been interested in names since I was a little girl.
I have one son, [name_u]Riley[/name_u]. [name_u]Riley[/name_u] is a family name.
I am not currently pregnant, but we are hoping to be in the next year. I have already began my search for the perfect name to go with [name_u]Riley[/name_u]. We have pretty much narrowed down girls names to 1 or 2, but don’t agree on many boy’s names. However, one that we both like is [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m].
[name_m]Long[/name_m] story short…
When said out loud, are [name_u]Riley[/name_u] and [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m] too similar to be used for siblings?
What are your thoughts? Any suggestions for names that migh be nice with [name_u]Riley[/name_u]?

From the rest of your list I really love [name_m]Callum[/name_m], [name_m]Gideon[/name_m], [name_m]Graham[/name_m], and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u].
[name_u]Riley[/name_u] and [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m] aren’t too similar in writing, but when I say them out loud a few times it does start to sound like [name_m]Wiley[/name_m] and Riot. I like [name_u]Riley[/name_u] and [name_m]Graham[/name_m], [name_u]Riley[/name_u] and [name_m]Harris[/name_m], [name_u]Riley[/name_u] and [name_u]Hudson[/name_u], and [name_u]Riley[/name_u] and [name_u]Jude[/name_u].

Thanks for all the input. I actually really like [name_m]Wyatt[/name_m], but the more I think about it together the less I like it because of how it sounds out loud together. I wanted to check and see if it was only me or if others had trouble with it as well. Definitely seems like it’s not just me, so it will likely be taken off my list
