Theresa [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] - we call her [name_f]Tess[/name_f]
and [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] [name_u]Gray[/name_u]
We are not finding out the gender. I prefer traditional names, and we have an Irish last name (though located in the US).
For a girl I currently like [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] or [name_f]Isla[/name_f]. (Lost on a middle name). [name_f]Do[/name_f] you prefer one of these or is there something else that you think would fit?
For a boy, I very much like my grandfatherâs name but fear it may be too unusual. His name is [name_u]Park[/name_u]. Does anyone think that works??? Totally open to suggestions!
I think [name_f]Isla[/name_f] is mor modern & trendy & doesnât for the timeless, traditional vibe your other girls have. Iâd go [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] out of those two.
I love [name_u]Park[/name_u]! Itâs sharp and clear and connects him to his grandfather. Iâd pair it with a longer m name:
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Jefferson[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Sylvester[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]
I really like [name_u]Park[/name_u]! If your last name is at least two syllables Iâm sure it would go really well and because [name_u]Parker[/name_u] is a well established name, I think [name_u]Park[/name_u] would work well. I like both [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] but [name_f]Isla[/name_f] has been so popular that I think I would go with [name_f]Gemma[/name_f], although it likely depends on where you live.
Tess & [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] are so beautiful together. And I think that [name_u]Park[/name_u] is cool! It totally fits, & I love how it honors your grandfather. It is super unusual, but itâs not weird, you know?
Gemma & [name_f]Isla[/name_f] are both great names. I like [name_f]Isla[/name_f] slightly more, but itâs sooo popular. Does that bother you?
A few other ideas that I like with [name_f]Tess[/name_f] & [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]-
Tess and [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] are such a sweet sibset! [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] are both lovely, but I would pick [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]; itâs sweet, energetic, and just the right amount of sparkly! I love it with your older daughtersâ names. [name_f]Isla[/name_f] is very pretty but feels a little bit less distinctive because itâs gotten so popular recently.
I think [name_u]Park[/name_u] definitely works! Thereâs also [name_u]Parker[/name_u] if youâre looking for something a little more common, but just-[name_u]Park[/name_u] is punchy and cool and interesting (and I like it quite a bit better with your sibset!). I agree with @fergoski that I prefer it with something longer in the middle.
I think [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] is perfect with you daughtersâ names. And whilst I can always appreciate an honour name, I would personally prefer this one in the middle spot. How about these:
With the boys I think [name_u]Park[/name_u] is cool itâs clear, sleek and dignified. If your surname is two syllables + then it will definitely work. Also the family connection is brilliant. You could use [name_u]Parker[/name_u] which would honour your Grandfather but is more of a established name.
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Abraham[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Christopher[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Solomon[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Gregory[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]William[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_u]Park[/name_u] [name_m]Ezekiel[/name_m]
As for the girls I do like [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] sheâs sweet and happy sounding. I think [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] works with [name_f]Theresa[/name_f] â[name_f]Tess[/name_f]â and [name_f]Maeve[/name_f].
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] Locket
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_u]Willow[/name_u]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Delphine[/name_f]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]
[name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_f]Iris[/name_f]
Tess, [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], & [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] are my favorite from your list
Parker would fit better as a first put [name_u]Park[/name_u] would make a lovely middle name. I struggle with names that end up sounding like commands (IE: [name_m]Pierce[/name_m], [name_u]Chase[/name_u], etc)
I love [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]. But for something a little different, not too out there, and definitely a fit with [name_f]Tess[/name_f] and [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], I suggest [name_f]Fina[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f].
I have always had a name crush on [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]! Itâs not used so often in the US but is a name everyone knows and can pronounce easily. And how fun are the nicknames [name_f]Gem[/name_f] and [name_f]Gemmy[/name_f]?
Go for [name_u]Park[/name_u] if you like it! We have an Icem for a great-grandfather, also my dad and brotherâs middle name. We are the first ones to go back to the first name and get only positive reviews from it. People always ask about it and it feels good to talk about family! People may not ask about [name_u]Parker[/name_u] but they might about [name_u]Park[/name_u] and that is fun
I love [name_u]Park[/name_u]! I donât think itâs too unusual at all and is actually a refreshing change from [name_u]Parker[/name_u]. It sounds great with [name_f]Tess[/name_f] and [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] too. Simple, but masculine. Of your girl choices, I think [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] works best! [name_f]Isla[/name_f] is a gorgeous name but I think with [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] it would make the sibset too soft and make [name_f]Tess[/name_f] stand out.
