I like Harrison and William best generally - but Finnegan has the same clunky cool feel as Theodore & Marjorie. I like the suggestion of William nn Wilkey or Wiley to give it a bit more offbeat charm!
I like Mirabelle best of your three (Miri & Millie are additional nn options). But Mariella Ella could be good so you don’t have same letter for the nickname - I think they’ll like having something distinct about their names (the girls) including where the boys aren’t/won’t be matchy M names for some reason. Edited to add there’s of course all the Belle, Bella nicknames for Mirabelle too.
You might also like Marianne nn Marnie, Marybeth (nn Beth or Betsy or possibly Maisie) or Rosemary nn Rosie or Romy (which also obv means you needn’t use Rose in middle spot). I think Theodore, Marjorie & Rosemary would be a magical set! Marceline and Meredith are gorgeous suggestions too.
For girl middles, if this is your last child, and they’re honour names, what about Jean Christine/Christina/ Kristen, Chrissie/ Christabel etc.

We have a baby we unfortunately never got to meet and her name would have been [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] so I am hesitant to use it but I haven’t ruled it out entirely since I do love it. Lots to think about first though. I absolutely love the suggestion of middle names [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] for a girl though I can’t believe I didn’t think of that!
