Sibling name for Hannah

Hi! We don’t know what we’re having and find girls names very difficult mainly because so many nice options! We have a daughter called Hannah and have narrowed down to the below three names if we have a girl:

Margot - family name, and like it because it’s uncommon
Marnie - too cutesy?
Nina - worried this doesn’t go with Hannah because it’s too similar with the Na ending on both but it is my favourite!

Please help between these three!!
Thanks

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f] & [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] & [name_f]Marnie[/name_f] and both so precious as sisters!

I love [name_f]Nina[/name_f] but I’m afraid I agree with you that [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] & [name_f]Nina[/name_f] clash a bit which is a real shame.

I don’t think [name_f]Marnie[/name_f] is too cutesy and works very well with [name_f]Hannah[/name_f].

[name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Nina[/name_f] are my favourites. [name_f]Margot[/name_f] is one of my absolute favourite names and I think it goes perfectly with [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] but if [name_f]Nina[/name_f] is your favourite then I think you should go with that. I don’t personally feel the similar endings make them unusable together. Not as perfect as [name_f]Margot[/name_f] and [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] but still fine.

[name_f]Margot[/name_f] is a nice name.
[name_f]Marnie[/name_f] does sound quite cutesy to me but not necceseraily too cutesy.
I think [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and [name_f]Nina[/name_f] are fine for sisters. [name_f]Nina[/name_f] is a lovely name.

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there! Congratulations on your upcoming arrival of baby sister!

I like [name_f]Margot[/name_f], especially since it’s a family name. If you’re open to altering the name a bit, I think [name_f]Hanna[/name_f] & [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] is the sweetest.

[name_f]Nina[/name_f] and [name_f]Marnie[/name_f] are not my personal style and I don’t feel they sound the best with [name_f]Hannah[/name_f].

These come to mind when I think of a sister for [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]:

[name_f]Abigail[/name_f]
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Caroline[/name_f]
[name_f]Catherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Emily[/name_f]
[name_f]Isabella[/name_f]
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]
[name_f]Madeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f]

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

I think that I like [name_f]Margot[/name_f] best personally. It’s cute w/Hannah. It feels sweet & lovable & smart. And I love that it’s a family name.

[name_f]Marnie[/name_f] is not my cup of tea generally, but I think that I’d be excited to meet one! It just seems unexpected on a little tyke these days, & totally fits the vibe of [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]. It’s way less popular than [name_f]Margot[/name_f], if you’ve looking for a very uncommon name.

I agree that [name_f]Nina[/name_f] & [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] don’t sound great together. It’s my least favorite of the three anyway. It kind of sounds a bit snobby, but that’s just my opinion. Most people seem to like it.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

I think [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and [name_f]Nina[/name_f] would be fine as sister names. And, since [name_f]Nina[/name_f] is your favorite, I think you should go for it!

I love both [name_f]Nina[/name_f] and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] with [name_f]Hannah[/name_f], and though [name_f]Nina[/name_f] does have a similar ending I think that they still work as sister names! [name_f]My[/name_f] vote personally goes to [name_f]Margot[/name_f] :two_hearts:

I also second the suggestions of [name_f]Abigail[/name_f], [name_f]Sophie[/name_f], [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Emily[/name_f], [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], and [name_f]Caroline[/name_f]!

Other suggestions that come to mind:

[name_f]Leah[/name_f]
[name_f]Maya[/name_f]
[name_f]Mia[/name_f]
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f]
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Rebecca[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f]
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Lily[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]

Congratulations on your little one and happy naming!

I know sisters named [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f]!

I don’t think [name_f]Nina[/name_f] sounds the greatest with [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]. Names I think you might like instead are:

[name_f]Rita[/name_f]
[name_f]Anita[/name_f]
[name_f]Marina[/name_f] (you could call her [name_f]Marnie[/name_f] for short)

I feel like [name_f]Marina[/name_f] would actually be nice with [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]. You could still call her [name_f]Marnie[/name_f], and also get the “ina” ending!

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] are GORGEOUS

I also like [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and [name_f]Marnie[/name_f] and if [name_f]Marnie[/name_f] is too childish and cutesy then it can be short for [name_f]Marinette[/name_f] or [name_f]Marina[/name_f]

But I love love love [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and [name_f]Margot[/name_f] :sparkling_heart::sparkling_heart:

I think Hannah and Nina go best together, partially because of the -na ending! Those are the best!!

I love [name_f]Marnie[/name_f] , [name_f]Nina[/name_f] & [name_f]Margot[/name_f] !!

[name_f]Marnie[/name_f] - sweet, kind and delicate
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] - love that this is a family name for you and I am also a huge fan of this name
[name_f]Nina[/name_f] - I like the fact that both [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and [name_f]Nina[/name_f] end with the same ending: I love [name_f]Nina[/name_f] but I question if it’s able to be a name that can be seen on someone at any age

i love hannah and margot!! they flow so well together. i like marnie, but i feel like it’s too nick-namey to go with hannah. i also love nina but you’re right, the na ending does clash a little.
