Sibling name help - another E name?

[name_m]Hi[/name_m],

We just welcomed our third baby and I’m already dreaming of what we would name a fourth (we would like four kids altogether). Our boys’ names are [name_m]Eli[/name_m] and [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] and our baby girl is [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f], called [name_f]Emme[/name_f]. (We pronounce [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Em[/name_f]-eh-LEEN). The goal was never to use the same initial, rather each time we picked names that we loved, they just happened to begin with E. Now I think I might be out of E names that I love! The only other E contenders that we have considered are [name_m]Eben[/name_m] for a boy and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] for a girl. I also like [name_f]Essie[/name_f] a lot, but not as a full name. Outside of E names, I like [name_m]Abram[/name_m] and [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] for boys and maybe [name_f]Amabel[/name_f] or [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] for girls. None of these really stand out though. So the question is, what names would you recommend to go with our kids’ names? I’d love to hear both E and non-E name suggestions.

Thanks, berries!

I say use the name you love again, starting with E or not.

[name_f]Estelle[/name_f]
[name_u]Eden[/name_u]
[name_f]Eliora[/name_f]
[name_f]Elena[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliska[/name_f]
[name_f]Esther[/name_f]
[name_f]Arianna[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucia[/name_f]
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]

[name_m]Eric[/name_m]
[name_m]Evander[/name_m]
[name_m]Edmund[/name_m]
[name_m]Ethan[/name_m]
[name_u]Tristan[/name_u]
[name_m]Theodore[/name_m]
[name_m]Caleb[/name_m]
[name_m]Raphael[/name_m]

[name_f]Eve[/name_f], [name_u]Elia[/name_u], [name_f]Esther[/name_f], [name_u]Emory[/name_u], [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], [name_f]Elise[/name_f], [name_f]Elsa[/name_f], [name_f]Eleonora[/name_f], [name_u]Ever[/name_u], [name_f]Elspeth[/name_f], [name_u]Everly[/name_u], [name_f]Eris[/name_f], [name_f]Eva[/name_f], [name_f]Effie[/name_f], [name_f]Evelina[/name_f], [name_f]Edna[/name_f], [name_f]Edith[/name_f], [name_f]Elana[/name_f], [name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_f]Elle[/name_f], Ellory, [name_u]Ellery[/name_u]?

You certainly shouldn’t feel tied to E names, but it may be awkward for your youngest to feel like he/she is left out of what looks like a naming tradition. I would suggestion:
[name_u]Emmett[/name_u]
[name_u]Everett[/name_u]
[name_m]Eric[/name_m]
[name_u]Ellis[/name_u]
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] (with [name_f]Essie[/name_f] nn)
[name_m]Eames[/name_m]
[name_f]Esme[/name_f] (may be too close to [name_f]Emme[/name_f])
[name_f]Elena[/name_f]
[name_u]Elon[/name_u]
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]
[name_f]Erica[/name_f]

I would go with an E name so the youngest doesn’t feel left out or as though they were a mistake or something to that effect. Some might argue that it would make the baby special, but as a child you don’t want to be special, you want to fit in. Some suggestions:

Boys - [name_u]Everett[/name_u], [name_u]Evan[/name_u], [name_m]Emmanuel[/name_m], [name_u]Emmett[/name_u]

Girls - [name_u]Ellery[/name_u], [name_f]Ellen[/name_f], [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], [name_f]Elsa[/name_f], [name_f]Elise[/name_f], [name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
