Sibling Suggestions - Bennett (boy)

My son’s name is [name_m]Bennett[/name_m]. I like that it isn’t super popular, has a great nickname ([name_m]Ben[/name_m]), and is also a classic name that to me sounds “buttoned up”. Runner uo name for him was [name_u]Emmett[/name_u], but we don’t want the next to end in the same sound tt.

Looking for sibling names that match.
Our surname begins with L and ends in the ee sound. So I can 't use names that end in L or ee sounds.

Some I love:
Girls: [name_f]Cleo[/name_f], [name_f]Della[/name_f], [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]
Boys: [name_m]Davis[/name_m], [name_m]Russell[/name_m] (husband despises), [name_m]Fletcher[/name_m], [name_m]Hayes[/name_m] (though I prefer 2 syllables), [name_u]Chandler[/name_u] (too soon after Friends!??), [name_m]Kellan[/name_m] (doesn’t fit the style)

Please tell me I’m not crazy :upside_down_face:
Thanks so much ”

I love Bennett! I had it picked out for my daughter if she had been a boy.

From you list I love Cleo, Della, Chandler, Fletcher, and Davis

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

[name_m]Bennett[/name_m] is a great name.

Here are my thoughts on your current lists:

Girls:

[name_f]Cleo[/name_f]-This is adorable. It’s girly, spunky, unique yet simple. I don’t think it’s too cutesy though for an adult. It sounds just a little bit mysterious, but in a good way. I also love [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] nn [name_f]Cleo[/name_f].

[name_f]Della[/name_f]-This is not a name that I ever think of, but it does seems like a perfect fit w/[name_m]Bennett[/name_m]. I also like [name_f]Adela[/name_f] a lot, but ‘[name_f]Addie[/name_f]’ names are so over done unfortunately.

[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]-See above about the ‘[name_f]Addie[/name_f]’ thing. This is a beautiful name though. Very sweet, but also sort of posh. In a fun way though!

Boys:

[name_m]Davis[/name_m]- I kind of prefer [name_m]David[/name_m], but this is nice enough. It’s a little more unique, & I think fits really well w/the style of [name_m]Bennett[/name_m].

[name_m]Russell[/name_m] (husband despises)-This is okay. It’s a bit refreshing, but not my personal style. Maybe it’s not ready for a comeback yet.

[name_m]Fletcher[/name_m]-I don’t love it, but I don’t dislike it. It’s fun & different. Very nice w/[name_m]Bennett[/name_m].

[name_m]Hayes[/name_m] (though I prefer 2 syllables)-This is fine. Not amazing but perfectly nice.

[name_u]Chandler[/name_u] (too soon after Friends!??)-I totally think of [name_u]Chandler[/name_u] from Friends when I hear this. I do happen to be a Friends fanatic though…Either way, it’s a fun name. I love the nn [name_m]Chance[/name_m]!

[name_m]Kellan[/name_m]-I don’t think that this is too off w/[name_m]Bennett[/name_m], but it’s not my style. Has sort of a trendy sound.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

I think [name_m]Bennett[/name_m] and [name_u]Blaze[/name_u] would be cute.
For a girl I’d suggest [name_u]Brooke[/name_u].

[name_m]Bennett[/name_m] is a wonderful name, and what I’d call classic with a twist: [name_m]Long[/name_m] history of use, but less common than the dominant form of the name. First idea: Use [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], with the nickname [name_f]Della[/name_f]. The “-dela-” makes this a distinct possibility, and it gives you two for one.
