I love the nickname Cricket!
I like Desmond James (with a nickname like Dez or Dex) and Flannery Elizabeth (I think Flossie is super fun nickname choice here. It’s not super obvious, but in no way a stretch, much like Buffy and Cricket)
I tried to go with something simple and classic, but also strong and fresh in a way that reminds me of your three littles already.
