I just had the newest member of our family - [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] [name_u]Penn[/name_u] and his older sister [name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_u]Jean[/name_u] is in love with him. And I’m already getting baby fever - not that any more children are likely, #2 was hard won. [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] and [name_f]Nora[/name_f] were accidentally a great sibset with their matching OR and beginning nasal sounds /m/ and /n/.
Who would be a great name for another little brother or sister? Have fun.
If you want to try your hand at a middle name to go with, we have a single syllable mn mandate, but I’m really only looking for first names.

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

[name_u]Clare[/name_u]
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f]
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]
Nellie…maybe as a nn for [name_f]Ellen[/name_f]? I usually love [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] & [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f], but not w/big sister, [name_f]Nora[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] & [name_f]Cornelia[/name_f] too, but [name_f]Ellen[/name_f] nn [name_f]Nellie[/name_f] seems like the best fit.

I was going to suggest [name_u]George[/name_u] or [name_f]Georgia[/name_f]. I tried coming up with more in thene but they end up being too rhymey unfortunately.
[name_u]Corbin[/name_u] was another thought.

I guess the pattern with [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] and [name_f]Nora[/name_f] is the “or” sound in the first syllable and the A in the second. So…
[name_u]Morgan[/name_u], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], and [name_f]Lauren[/name_f]?
It matches the other names without being too matchy-match. For a boy, [name_u]Laurence[/name_u].
[name_u]Morgan[/name_u], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], and [name_f]Shawna[/name_f]? [name_u]Or[/name_u] [name_f]Fawna[/name_f]?
[name_u]Morgan[/name_u], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], and [name_m]Taurus[/name_m]?
[name_u]Morgan[/name_u], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], and [name_f]Moira[/name_f]?

What about [name_u]Connor[/name_u] and [name_u]Taylor[/name_u] both are 2 syllables and contain “or”
I would want to go for a L or O name. As you would then have either a L,M,N or a M,N,O of the alphabet:rofl:
L boy names
[name_m]Leon[/name_m]
[name_m]Lucas[/name_m]
[name_m]Luke[/name_m]
[name_m]Lachlan[/name_m]
[name_u]Lawrence[/name_u]
[name_m]Lloyd[/name_m]
But my favourite would be [name_m]Lucian[/name_m], [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] or [name_m]Lloyd[/name_m]. I would go for something like [name_m]Lucian[/name_m] [name_u]Miles[/name_u], [name_m]Lloyd[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u], [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] [name_m]Clark[/name_m].
[name_m]Lloyd[/name_m] and Leo/n would give you the o sound again.
L girl names
[name_f]Lenore[/name_f]
[name_f]Lily[/name_f]
[name_u]Lotus[/name_u]
[name_f]Lola[/name_f]
[name_f]Leah[/name_f]
[name_f]Lyra[/name_f]
[name_f]Louisa[/name_f].
I really like [name_f]Lola[/name_f], [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] and [name_f]Lenore[/name_f] with the sibset.
O boy names
[name_m]Otis[/name_m]
[name_m]Oscar[/name_m]
[name_m]Orville[/name_m]
I like [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] the best!
Girls
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olive[/name_f]
[name_f]Orla[/name_f]
I like all of these.
Congratulations on your new baby!
Not sure if any of these are what you’re looking for, but here goes nothing…
[name_f]Lacey[/name_f]
[name_f]Greta[/name_f]
[name_f]Julie[/name_f]
[name_f]Iris[/name_f]
[name_u]Edie[/name_u]
[name_f]Winnie[/name_f]
[name_m]Vincent[/name_m]
[name_u]Jamie[/name_u]
[name_u]Arlo[/name_u]
[name_m]Ezra[/name_m]
[name_u]Tristan[/name_u]
[name_u]Darcy[/name_u]
[name_u]Finley[/name_u]
Hmmm… I’ll do some research and be back in a bit!
Boys:
[name_m]Soren[/name_m]
[name_u]Corbin[/name_u]
[name_u]Jordan[/name_u]
[name_u]Lawrence[/name_u]
Courtney/Courtland (nn Court)

[name_f]Corinna[/name_f]
[name_f]Coraline[/name_f]
Cordelia/Cornelia
[name_u]Courtney[/name_u]
Dorothy/Dorothea (nn Dory)
[name_u]Florence[/name_u]
[name_f]Isadora[/name_f]
[name_f]Gloria[/name_f]
Georgia/Georgina
Jordyn/Jordana
[name_f]Lauren[/name_f]
[name_f]Lorelei[/name_f]
[name_f]Lorena[/name_f]
[name_f]Loretta[/name_f]
[name_u]Lorrie[/name_u]
[name_u]Rory[/name_u]
[name_f]Theodora[/name_f]
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f] (nn Tori)
More Girls (maybe too close to Nora):
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f]
[name_f]Cora[/name_f]
[name_f]Dora[/name_f]
Eleanor/Eleanora
[name_f]Eudora[/name_f]
[name_f]Flora[/name_f]
[name_f]Laura[/name_f]
[name_u]Sora[/name_u]
[name_f]Toria[/name_f]
Repeating the OR in all three names would be nice, but might not be necessary. For certain, I think it is important to carry the letter O in all the names. Visually, it helps tie them together and makes them sound cohesive when spoken aloud.
