Last night, when camping with a friend I met 3 people, two sisters and their brother. I learned they had quite interesting names, here they are.
NOT SURE ON SPELLING
C@bieri@ (Kah beer e aw) [name_f]Emerald[/name_f]
L@urien [name_u]Rain[/name_u]
P@isley [name_u]Blue[/name_u]
Cabieria is 13 and going to grade 8, Laurien is 11 years old, and [name_u]Paisley[/name_u] is 8. [name_u]Paisley[/name_u]'s middle name was obviously around before little [name_u]Blue[/name_u] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] [name_u]Carter[/name_u]! What do you berries think of the names? And would you ever name your children such unusual names? And by the way, I personally like all of them.
I like them all individually, but for some reason I feel C.abieria doesn’t “fit”. I surprised myself for really, really liking P.aisley [name_u]Blue[/name_u]!
I love [name_u]Rain[/name_u] as a middle name. It has such a fresh, life-giving image, and I really prefer it to go-to choice [name_f]Rose[/name_f] (I only like [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a FN) and relatively-popular-compared-to-[name_u]Rain[/name_u] [name_f]Wren[/name_f].
I also really like [name_f]Emerald[/name_f]. I would have used it up front as a refreshing change from [name_f]Emma[/name_f]/[name_f]Emily[/name_f]. [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] is very very popular here, but I’ve never met an [name_f]Emerald[/name_f].
I’m not as fond of [name_u]Blue[/name_u] as I am of other colour names (my favourite colour names aside from [name_f]Emerald[/name_f] are [name_f]Hazel[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Lilac[/name_f], [name_f]Saffron[/name_f], [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f], [name_f]Cerise[/name_f], and [name_f]Marigold[/name_f]) but it’s not surprising as blue is about my least favourite colour.
I like the middle names, but the first names are pretty bleh.
Not a fan of the first names at all. The middles I think are fine. Also, I find myself wondering which one is the boy.
