My DH and I [name]LOVE[/name] the name [name]Margo[/name] for our soon to be coming baby girl! [name]Do[/name] you think [name]Molly[/name] (age 2) and [name]Margo[/name] go well together or are they too matchy?
I never planned on naming our kids with the same first letter but I guess when it’s names you love, it just kinda happens that way!
FYI we also have a dog named [name]Max[/name]. Sheesh! Lol He’s was here first tho! He’s almost ten
Please let me know your opinions! Thanks!
I think they are fine together, very cute actually. I absolutely adore [name]Margo[/name]/[name]Margot[/name]!
They’re a bit matchy, but honestly your kids aren’t going to be a “set” forever and the names do go together nicely.
I’d go with [name]Margo[/name].
[name]Molly[/name] and [name]Margo[/name] are lovely!
I think [name]Molly[/name] and [name]Margo[/name] are a fabulous sibset
I think it’s okay to use the same letter for two of your kids, but, if you have a third, try a different letter!
[name]Molly[/name] and [name]Margo[/name] are cute
I think it makes a beautiful sibset! And I agree with sarahmezz that if you have a third, try for a different first letter
[name]Molly[/name] and [name]Margo[/name] are adorable together.
Too close. People seem to really love pairing up [name]Mary[/name] and [name]Margaret[/name] names in a sibset, but you have to be careful, because they share some of the same nicknames. [name]Molly[/name] is traditionally a nickname for [name]Mary[/name], but it’s not unheard of for [name]Margaret[/name]. I always bring up the famous Unsinkable [name]Molly[/name] [name]Brown[/name] when this subject comes up. She was actually a [name]Margaret[/name]. Sharing the same intial is fine, but since [name]Margot[/name] and [name]Molly[/name] can both be used as nicknames for [name]Margaret[/name], it’s just too close [name]IMO[/name].
I think they are great together! I don’t consider then too close at all. I wouldn’t even have thought twice about it.
I think they’re pretty matchy, actually, but it’s not too big of a deal. People will probably notice their similarity, but they probably wouldn’t have negative reactions to it.
