My children share the vowels in their names, in differing numbers, but they each only have a, i, and o. My eldest has an e in his middle name.
Challenge 1: (most strict)
Create combos with first names that use at least one A, I, O (and sometimes Y) as the only vowels in the first name slot, and can add E to the middle name slot. Bonus points for including a T somewhere (the other letter my sons share).
Challenge 2:
With the ability to use E in the first name slot in addition to the mandatory A, I, O, make more combos
Challenge 3: (most flexible)
Simply use at least one A, I, O, and E across the entire combo.
