Sienna or Alicia?

[name_m]Hi[/name_m]! Going crazy. After two boys, [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m], I finally have the chance to name a little girl. And I’m stuck.

I’d pronounce [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] (a- leese- ia )

Would love your thoughts!

Best, [name_f]Sarah[/name_f]

Definitely [name_f]Sienna[/name_f], especially with [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] ”

Both are lovely, but I like [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] or [name_f]Alice[/name_f] best with the brother names.

I like both but I sway towards Alicia with those siblings.

Both names are lovely and sound nice with the boys’ names! I think I prefer [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] as it is a bit more current sounding to me. [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] almost sounds a bit dated and the pronunciation always confused me haha!

I think [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] goes best with the sibling names!
However pronounced aleese -iah may mean she does have to correct people all her life (not sure if there is an alternative spelling?)

I would definitely go with [name_f]Sienna[/name_f]. I like it with [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] and I think it has a more attractive sound than [name_f]Alicia[/name_f]. (I like your pronunciation but in my experience she will constantly be correcting people.)

If you really love [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] though but would like to avoid the potential -sha pronunciation I would consider the name [name_f]Elise[/name_f]. Very similar sound wise and is great with [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m].

Definitely [name_f]Sienna[/name_f]! I love the name, it goes great with [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m], and [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] just feels dated and doesn’t work as well. Besides I love have assumed it was pronounced [name_f]Alicia[/name_f], however I do actually prefer the alternate pronunciation.

Whilst I love the name [name_f]Sienna[/name_f], I do also love the suggestion of [name_f]Alice[/name_f]. I think it works even better than [name_f]Sienna[/name_f]!

I prefer [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] between the two. [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] is a little dated to me, and I think most people would pronounce it [name_m]Ah[/name_m]-lee-shah. At least here, people would lean that way.

Thanks everyone! She is already here. Luckily in [name_u]London[/name_u] you get weeks after birth to decide. But I’m banging my head against the wall.

Congratulations! [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] gets my vote, with [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m].
I do like the suggestion of [name_f]Elise[/name_f].

[name_f]Alicia[/name_f] gets my vote! Although I do agree that [name_f]Alice[/name_f] does sound a bit better with brothers [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m].

Congratulations!

I like both and I really don’t know which one I’d choose: [name_f]Alicia[/name_f] goes before with your others and will sound lovely in English accent if people say it how you want them to, but [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] is easier to wear and a more vibrant name to me. [name_f]Sia[/name_f] is a pretty nn.

Not sure it helps but I have a friend called [name_f]Alyssia[/name_f]. I wonder if her parents named her that to avoid the confusion about [name_f]Alicia[/name_f]. Could that be a way forward or is it too unconventional-looking?

Finally, I really like the suggestion of [name_f]Elise[/name_f] too. It’s so pretty especially with your other two. Good luck and congrats again!

[name_f]Sienna[/name_f] is my number 1 so I’d 100% vote her

[name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Alicia[/name_f]!

[name_f]Sienna[/name_f] is delightful, though both are lovely names  xx

With [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m], [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] deffiently
