When i was editing my signature i pasted it into a word document to see how many characters were in it and it came out as a few less than 500 (including spaces) then when i copied it into the signature box thingy (don’t know what to call it) it came out as too long. Anyone else have this issue?
Yes. Very strange.
The character count includes formatting, I believe. So varying sizes, text alignment, different fonts, italics/bolds/underlines, and colors will all affect the total character count.
@roseofjune i wondered that too, but i didn’t have any varying sizes, fonts, bolds, underlines or colours.
