We are looking for a name for #2 and have come across [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] as a possible option. The only thing is older brother’s name is [name_m]Silas[/name_m]. Are these names too similar to be used for brothers?
I love both names, but I do find them to be too similar with the matching endings. That’s a personal pet peeve of mine. If it doesn’t bother you, go for it!
I do think they’re too similar since they’re both two syllables and end in the same sound and letters.
As an alternative I’ll suggest these vaguely similar names: [name_m]Atticus[/name_m], [name_m]Ajax[/name_m], [name_u]August[/name_u], and [name_m]Altair[/name_m].
It would be too similar for me. I like the suggestions of [name_u]August[/name_u] and [name_m]Atticus[/name_m].
They are a little too similar for my taste, but I do like the suggestion of [name_u]August[/name_u]!
I agree they are too similar for brothers, but there are many names similar to [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] which you might find appealing!

[name_m]Just[/name_m] what i thought, thanks ladies. Thank you for the alternatives, unfortunately i am SUPER picky about names and have a very short list i like, and those havent changed or had anything added in years. If anything the list keeps getting smaller haha!
