DH and I are having a hard time settling for a name for our 2nd child, a little brother or sister for [name_u]Arden[/name_u] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m].
We do have a short list of names we agreed on: [name_f]Irina[/name_f], [name_f]Kaia[/name_f], [name_f]Lily[/name_f], [name_f]Marina[/name_f], [name_f]Catrina[/name_f], [name_f]Penelope[/name_f], [name_f]Elena[/name_f], [name_f]Lola[/name_f] and [name_f]Alba[/name_f]
And some names DH vetoed:
[name_f]Emilia[/name_f], [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Mabel[/name_f]
And names I vetoed:
[name_f]Lula[/name_f], [name_f]Sue[/name_f] and [name_u]Ashley[/name_u]
But we’d like some suggestions to expand our list
Are there any names you think we’d like?
I’m really digging [name_f]Elena[/name_f] from your list, I also like [name_f]Lola[/name_f]. [name_u]Arden[/name_u] and [name_f]Alba[/name_f] looks nice on paper.
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] and [name_f]Elena[/name_f].

[name_u]Keeva[/name_u]
[name_f]Oona[/name_f]
[name_f]Sorcha[/name_f]
[name_u]Reeve[/name_u]
[name_f]Nyla[/name_f]
[name_f]Karenza[/name_f], nn [name_u]Wren[/name_u] ([name_u]Arden[/name_u] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u] :))
[name_f]Tasia[/name_f] (pronounced [name_u]Tay[/name_u]-zha…my girls have a friend with this name and it is a shortened form of [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f]…it’s really pretty & striking!)
[name_u]Fable[/name_u]
[name_f]Lyra[/name_f]
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] is really great! I like a more unusual, fancy yet fiery girl name paired with it…good luck!
From your shortlist I really like:
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] & [name_f]Marina[/name_f] - these pair so well and [name_f]Marina[/name_f] is happy and bright!
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] & [name_f]Catrina[/name_f] - [name_f]Catrina[/name_f] is a name I don’t hear often anymore and it’s beautiful, very feminine of course derived from the classic and ever elegant [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]. Definitely familiar but still unique. [name_u]Love[/name_u] this one.
Names that came to mind:
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] & [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] - This sounds like such a smart and sophisticated little sibset. But [name_u]Arden[/name_u] is already unisex so maybe a more decidedly feminine name for the new sister would be better.
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] & [name_f]Allegra[/name_f] - [name_f]Allegra[/name_f] is beautiful, lyrical and not overly used.
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] & [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] - When I heard [name_u]Arden[/name_u], [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] instantly came to mind. Same issues as [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] though.
[name_u]Love[/name_u] these suggestions from previous posters:
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] & [name_u]Eden[/name_u] - kinda matchy but this time in a good way
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] & [name_f]Gisele[/name_f]/[name_f]Giselle[/name_f] - ultra feminine!
[name_u]Arden[/name_u] & [name_f]Karenza[/name_f] nn [name_u]Wren[/name_u] - this just stood out to me and I find [name_f]Karenza[/name_f] to be really striking and it does lend itself well to nn [name_u]Wren[/name_u].
