Sister for Avery Virginia - updated

After talking to my husband, and reviewing our list, here are the first names that we believe are actually usable as a sister to our daughter, [name]Avery[/name] [name]Virginia[/name]. Opinions are welcome on how the sibling names pair together.

[name]Anne[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]

We use family names as middle names so our choices are [name]Josephine[/name] (first choice), [name]Louisa[/name], [name]Eva[/name], [name]Charlotte[/name], [name]Caroline[/name], [name]Miriam[/name], [name]Maisie[/name] and [name]Maren[/name].

Thank you all!

I will add that my favorite sibset, at the moment, is [name]Avery[/name] [name]Virginia[/name] and [name]Blair[/name] [name]Josephine[/name].

Are you wanting to stick with the unisex theme? Off your list I like [name]Clare[/name] and [name]Eliza[/name] the best, for more feminine choices. For a unisex name I like [name]Paige[/name]. [name]Clare[/name] [name]Josephine[/name], [name]Eliza[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name], or [name]Paige[/name] [name]Caroline[/name] would all be nice. I like [name]Laney[/name] too, my sister had [name]Lainey[/name] picked out for her first but she had a boy. I dont hear the name used much. [name]Laney[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] or [name]Laney[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] would be nice. The only ones I dont like are [name]Darby[/name], [name]Greer[/name], and [name]Blair[/name], they all sound a little harsh imo.

[name]Emerson[/name] or [name]Emersyn[/name] to keep the Y going. Or [name]Anniston[/name], [name]Leighton[/name], [name]Aspen[/name], [name]Alivia[/name], or [name]Finley[/name].

I like [name]Avery[/name] and [name]Blair[/name] together. They both have a unisex, modern vibe that goes nicely together. [name]Blair[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] is very cute as well. Off your list my favorites, with [name]Avery[/name] are [name]Blair[/name], [name]Eliza[/name], [name]Ellis[/name], [name]Paige[/name] (my mn so some bias there), and [name]Greer[/name]. Here are some combos:

[name]Blair[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Blair[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Eliza[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Eliza[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Eliza[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]
[name]Eliza[/name] [name]Miriam[/name]
[name]Ellis[/name] [name]Louisa[/name]
[name]Ellis[/name] [name]Maren[/name]
[name]Ellis[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Paige[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]
[name]Paige[/name] [name]Miriam[/name]
[name]Paige[/name] [name]Maren[/name]
[name]Greer[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
[name]Greer[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]

hope that helps!

[name]Blair[/name] and [name]Paige[/name] are my favorites with [name]Avery[/name]. [name]Quinn[/name] also sounds nice.

[name]Paige[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Quinn[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]
[name]Quinn[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]

[name]Blair[/name] [name]Louisa[/name]
[name]Blair[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]

[name]Maisie[/name] [name]Quinn[/name]
[name]Maisie[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]

[name]Avery[/name] & [name]Paige[/name]. My favorite combo from your choices!

My favorites from your list:

[name]Greer[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] or [name]Greer[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] would work; [name]Blair[/name] and [name]Ellis[/name] don’t flow as well with [name]Charlotte[/name] but work well with [name]Josephine[/name].

I would use these combinations, in this order, for [name]Avery[/name] [name]Virginia[/name]'s sister:

  1. [name]Ellis[/name] [name]Caroline[/name]
  2. [name]Quinn[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]
  3. [name]Blair[/name] [name]Louisa[/name]
  4. [name]Greer[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]

Take care!

I love [name]Avery[/name] and [name]Paige[/name]! But I will never understand how they are both still considered “unisex” They scream adorable little girls names to me : )

My favorite combo with [name]Avery[/name] [name]Virginia[/name] would be [name]Paige[/name] [name]Maren[/name] - [name]Avery[/name] and [name]Paige[/name] sound just gorgeous together!

I also think that those go well with [name]Avery[/name]: [name]Anne[/name], [name]Blair[/name], [name]Clare[/name] (would spell it [name]Claire[/name])
