I voted for [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]. Like [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], it’s vintage but rising again and recognizable without being overly popular. Such a beautiful name!
Congratulations!
I voted for [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]; I agree that [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] and [name_u]Fable[/name_u] too cute for most of your kid’s life — better as a nn or mn.
Other options, [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and…
[name_f]Astrid[/name_f]
[name_f]Celeste[/name_f] (or [name_f]Celestine[/name_f])
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f]
[name_f]Guinevere[/name_f]
[name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f]
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] (more heft than [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f])
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
[name_f]Gwyneth[/name_f] (probably can’t use but would be great!)
[name_f]Seraphine[/name_f]
[name_f]Frances[/name_f]
[name_f]Tallulah[/name_f]
I voted for [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]. To be honest I don’t personally like the name [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] but I definitely think it sounds great with [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]. [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] nn [name_u]Story[/name_u] is really sweet but I don’t think it works as well with [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] as with [name_f]Elowen[/name_f].
Here’s a few extra ideas if you’re open to them!
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Anna[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Celeste[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Della[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Desiree[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Heidi[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Imogen[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_u]Indigo[/name_u]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Julia[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Millicent[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Nova[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Philippa[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Renee[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_u]Sierra[/name_u]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Susannah[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Trinity[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Zara[/name_f]
I voted for clementine but i think [name_f]Indie[/name_f] would be a lovely addition to your sibset.
Thank you! I adore [name_f]Frances[/name_f] and would totally use it if [name_u]Francis[/name_u] was t my oldest son’s middle name. [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] and [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] were both on my list but were hard nos from DH.
[name_f]Indie[/name_f] is very cute too, but [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]’s middle is [name_f]India[/name_f]. Thank you for your input!
I voted for [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] because I find her cheery yet sophisticated. I think it ages we’ll and pairs lovely with your girls. Good luck!
For me I’m really torn between [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] and [name_f]Astoria[/name_f]. I understand why so many people have voted for [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], and it’s a fabulous name, but the feeling I get from [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] and [name_f]Astoria[/name_f], [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] especially, feels very suited to your other children’s names. (For the record I don’t think [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] is too cutesy.) [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] is great but it doesn’t actually seem to be that intuitive of a fit to me.
I also like a previous poster’s suggestion of [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f]! I think it’s great in the set and is also a perfect melding of both you and your husband’s tastes.
Normally I would jump at [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] (I don’t think it will blend in too much the [name_u]Haley[/name_u]'s and [name_f]Kaley[/name_f]'s). While it sounds very different from [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] they look somewhat similar on paper which would bug me a little, though realistically I don’t think it would cause any problems.
[name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] is probably the best overall fit in your set, with [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] following, and [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] following that. I can see why this has been a challenge. If it were a name you would consider (sounds like DH vetoed though.) than I would say the order is [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f], [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f], and [name_f]Reverie[/name_f], with [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] still being my personal favorite with all other factors considered.

I voted for [name_f]Reverie[/name_f]…even though it’s not been traditionally used as a name, for me it fits better w/[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] & [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], especially [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]. [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], although vintage like [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] & [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], seems stylistically very different [name_f]IMO[/name_f].
If you think [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] is too childish, a name that feels similar to me is [name_f]Verity[/name_f].
W/[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] & [name_f]Elowen[/name_f], I also like (apologies for repeats):
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
[name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]
[name_f]Adrienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]
[name_f]Silvana[/name_f]
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f]
I voted for [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], but it was really a tie. I think [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] goes equally well. In fact, if I had considered that Laylie/[name_f]Laylia[/name_f] could be used as nns, I probably would have voted for [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f].
[name_f]Astoria[/name_f] works very well, too. So many nns! [name_f]Astra[/name_f], Astro, [name_f]Tori[/name_f], [name_u]Story[/name_u], [name_f]Ora[/name_f], [name_f]Ria[/name_f], [name_f]Oria[/name_f]! A nn to suit anyone, really.
[name_u]Fable[/name_u] and [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] really don’t seem to match up with her siblings. [name_m]How[/name_m] fun would [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] [name_u]Fable[/name_u] be, though? (I love it!) Oh geez, I think I just talked myself into changing my vote to Astoria Fable (Story Fable). This is difficult!
Maybe [name_f]Eulalia[/name_f] [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] would satisfy DH?
Thank you! This is my current favorite.
Thank you so much! I just wanted to say you have some really stunning combos in your signature. ”
Thank you so much for taking the time to hash that all out. I feel similarly.
[name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] is my current personal favorite.
[name_f]Clementine[/name_f] feels like a safe choice because I’ve loved it forever and it has a fairly straightforward pronounciation and spelling.
I do like [name_f]Reverie[/name_f], especially [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] [name_f]Primrose[/name_f]. I’m just not sure I love it? I feel like [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] feel more substantial somehow.
I do love [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] and [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] both. I agree [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] goes well and I really tried to get DH to consider it. Maybe I’ll being it up again. He did say no to [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] and [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] both at first.
I’m sure we’ll probably take two or three to the hospital since we haven’t named any of the children before birth. I do need to come up with a good combination for [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f].
Thank you, I do quite like [name_f]Cecily[/name_f]. I like the idea of [name_f]Verity[/name_f], but not sure enough to actually use it.
Thank you! I feel much the same, quite indecisive! I love [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f], [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] and [name_f]Astoria[/name_f]. I don’t dislike [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] and I can see the appeal and think on the right person it would be great. I think the fact that our last name is a one syllable that starts with W and has a pronounced r sound throws [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] for me a bit.
I agree that [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] nicknamed [name_u]Story[/name_u] is very sweet!
I voted for [name_f]Clementine[/name_f]! I really adore it with [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] & [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]. I also really enjoy [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] but there was just something about [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] in this set, it’s perfect. [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] is a great choice too - maybe not as “expected” but lovely!
Good luck!
I think [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] fits best, but I think [name_u]Story[/name_u] aline would actually be great, too.
It definitely never hurts to have multiple names go with you to the hospital! I’ve seen a few times where couples have settled on one name early on in the pregnancy and then scramble to come up with something else after delivery. [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] definitely is a safe choice, which doesn’t necessarily make it a bad choice! I just think [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] and [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] are both bolder choices (similarly I can see why [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] you are apprehensive about.) Though Reverie Ophelia Primrise is stunning g and I definitely think achieves that substantially you are looking for. With any luck DH will come around on [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f]. And I think as you narrow your list down creating that perfect combo for [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] will become easier, like for example I think [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] _____ has some good potential! Sometimes walking away from the list for a bit and coming back to it with fresh eyes helps.
