Sister for isla

DH and I are expecting our second girl soon. [name_f]Sister[/name_f] to isla. We are loving [name_f]Willa[/name_f]. Is it too similar to isla or similar in a good way? Would love your thoughts!

I would say it is borderline. If you love it, you should use it. A few other ideas:
[name_f]Mira[/name_f]
[name_f]Kiera[/name_f]
[name_u]Gwynne[/name_u]
[name_u]Wynne[/name_u]
[name_f]Una[/name_f]
[name_f]Lyra[/name_f]
[name_u]Bryn[/name_u]
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f]
[name_f]Neve[/name_f]
[name_f]Ada[/name_f]
[name_f]Mina[/name_f]
[name_f]Lena[/name_f]

I don’t think it’s too close, especially since the main vowel sounds are different. [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] seem like sisters to me!

Thank you! My thoughts exactly but someone I know made a comment so I’m second guessing it. I don’t want them to sound ridiculous together!

Any other opinions on the matter? :stuck_out_tongue:

I love [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] together, but some other ideas just in case:

[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Brynn[/name_f]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_u]Delaney[/name_u]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Emie[/name_f]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Freya[/name_f]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Nessa[/name_f]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_u]Ruby[/name_u]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_u]Sutton[/name_u]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_u]Teagan[/name_u]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Zara[/name_f]

They definitely don’t sound ridiculous together, but the “la” ending would be too similar for me to use them as a sibset.

Any chance that you like [name_f]Willow[/name_f]?

Or…

[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Maisie[/name_f]
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u]
