Sister for Olivia and Clara

We are having our 3rd girl! We are loving Josie but not sure how it would fit with our other girls. I know names don’t have to match, but I still don’t want something that will stick out too much. Would these sound ok together?

Olivia
Clara
Josie

Or would maybe a name like Ellie or Lucy fit better than Josie?

I think Josie works well with Olivia and Clara! It’s on trend and with a slight vintage vibe.
I don’t think Ellie works, it’s a bit too close to Olivia, especially if she decides to go by Ollie as a nickname when she’s older. Lucy works, but I still prefer Josie!

I think [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] fits best with siblings names and I personally don’t think that it‘s close to [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]

Congratulations on your third!

[name_f]Lucy[/name_f] seems to be the best fit, in my opinion. [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f], and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] are all classic-but-trendy names and go well together. Neither [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] nor [name_u]Josie[/name_u] seems to flow quite as nicely, but any could be used. However, if you’re in love with [name_u]Josie[/name_u], go for it!

Of the three, I think [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] probably fits best, but [name_u]Josie[/name_u] still fits in perfectly fine. Besides, if [name_u]Josie[/name_u] is the one you love, that’s the one you should use!

I agree that [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] fits the best, but [name_u]Josie[/name_u] sounds just as good! Would you consider [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] as a longer form? [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] fits really well with your girl’s names too!

However, if [name_u]Josie[/name_u] is your absolute favorite, you should definitely use it  Its so spunky and sweet!

Congratulations on your little girl!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] & [name_f]Clara[/name_f] are lovely! I think that [name_u]Josie[/name_u] fits fine. Especially if it’s really your favorite. It’s a little cute next to the more elegant feeling [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] & [name_f]Clara[/name_f], but it doesn’t clash. They all three feel fresh yet old fashioned. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]? [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] & [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] would be perfect. And you could use the nn [name_u]Josie[/name_u]. [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] or [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] would be quite nice too. I think that [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] is also too nick-namey on its own though. [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] nn [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] would be good!

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

I love [name_u]Josie[/name_u]! It isn’t as used as [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]. I do think with the other girl names it does stand out a bit more from the others however. but if you are going for a very traditional classic girl name trend with an “a” ending, maybe [name_f]Julia[/name_f] would be a good option. I think [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Julia[/name_f], and [name_f]Clara[/name_f], all sound nice together because of the 4, 3, 2 syllables.

Im not really a fan of the name [name_u]Josie[/name_u], but I love [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] for a nickname. I don’t think [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] should be her full name in case she wants something longer to fall back on. I think [name_f]Eliana[/name_f] is a bit to long to go with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f], but what about [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]?
