Sister for Olivia, can't end in "ah"!

We are having our second little girl and are struggling with names! This baby’s middle name will be [name_f]Patricia[/name_f] (family name) and our last name also ends in an “ah” sound, so id rather not have another “ah” in the first name.
Right now my favorites are:
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] (I’m on the fence but love the nn [name_u]Josie[/name_u])
[name_f]Caroline[/name_f] (I [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] but darn hubby isn’t a fan)
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] (also love but hubby is so so)
[name_u]Vivian[/name_u] (ok but not sure I like with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f])

Would greatly appreciate any other recommendations or opinions!!

[name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is gorgeous! I love this name! [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] are a bit matchy, but if you love the name, use it! [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is adorable, [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] is one of my faves, and if you don’t like [name_u]Josie[/name_u] for [name_f]Josephine[/name_f], what about [name_u]Jo[/name_u]? Sephie? [name_m]Jose[/name_m]? Phina?

[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is beautiful! Definitely my favourite on your list. It is classic without feeling dated and has great nickname possibilities. I love the name [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] too, but nicknames are very similar to [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] (Livi and [name_f]Vivi[/name_f]; even if you don’t call them this, kids at school very well might).

Other names that you might like:
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Jocelyn[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_u]Rowen[/name_u] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps!

[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] is fantastic! Here are some other ideas:

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Chloe[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Claire[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Edith[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] [name_f]Patricia[/name_f]

What does your husband have against [name_f]Rose[/name_f]? Would he like [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] perhaps? I thing [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] would be perfect for sisters! There’s also [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]/[name_f]Rosemarie[/name_f], [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], [name_f]Rosaline[/name_f], or [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f], but with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] is my favorite.
Instead of [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] what about [name_f]Coraline[/name_f]? or [name_f]Coralie[/name_f]? or [name_f]Caralie[/name_f]? [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is another name that seems to fit with your naming style.
With [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] as long as you have a nn other than [name_u]Josie[/name_u] that you plan on calling her I think you should be able to avoid [name_u]Josie[/name_u] if you want to.
I share your hesitancy with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u], all the “v” might be a bit much with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f].

I too would vote for [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] from your list as it’s compatible with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] without being too matchy, as I’m afraid [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is.

People have made some great suggestions. I love [name_f]Rosamund[/name_f], a serious name that shortens to the adorable [name_f]Rosie[/name_f]…very like [name_u]Josie[/name_u]. But then why not stick with [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]/[name_u]Josie[/name_u]?

Other ideas for longer names, not too unusual, that sound good with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and don’t end in a:

[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Gwendolyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Lilian[/name_f]
[name_f]Magdalene[/name_f]
[name_f]Marguerite[/name_f]* I do love this and can shorten to [name_f]Maisie[/name_f] or [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Miriam[/name_f]
[name_u]Meredith[/name_u]
[name_f]Natalie[/name_f]

And a few more:

[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]
[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f]
