I am 28 weeks pregnant and DH & I can’t agree on a baby name! We don’t know if we are having a boy or girl yet…but here are 2 the names we have just in case it is a girl:
[name]Daphne[/name] (DHs pick)
[name]Josie[/name] (my pick. My hesitation is that it may sound nicknamey, but I do love it).
Oh and middle name will be either [name]Joan[/name], [name]Jennifer[/name], Or [name]Elizabeth[/name]
That is all we have but we are open to suggestions!! [name]TIA[/name]!
I like [name]Daphne[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]. [name]Josie[/name] is fine as a nn but I don’t like it too much as a full name. Here are some other suggestions that would go well with [name]Paige[/name].
I like [name]Josie[/name] better than [name]Daphne[/name].
[name]Paige[/name] seems like a short, spunky name while [name]Daphne[/name] is more flowery-feeling.
[name]Josie[/name] is cute although people might often ask her what it is short for. If that isn’t a problem, go with it. It’s a great name for a little girl and a grown woman.
Also, I really like the name [name]Claire[/name] with [name]Paige[/name]. I think [name]Claire[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] would be lovely.
I agree on [name]Josie[/name] not sounding like a full name. I think [name]Paige[/name] and [name]Harper[/name] or [name]Paige[/name] and [name]Sadie[/name] would be cool.
I think [name]Josie[/name] is totally fine as a first name! I love it! I also love [name]Daphne[/name] though… not much help I guess!
I have nieces (sisters) [name]Paige[/name] and [name]Tatum[/name], I always thought they sounded great together. I’m all for picking the name you love most over the name that goes “perfectly” with [name]Paige[/name] though.
I really love [name]Daphne[/name], and though I think [name]Paige[/name] and [name]Josie[/name] make a better set, [name]Daphne[/name] would be my first choice. I like [name]Daphne[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] I think [name]Josie[/name] can stand on it’s own, if you don’t mind people constantly asking what it’s short for, or just making the assumption that she’s [name]Josephine[/name].

I like both [name]Daphne[/name] and [name]Josie[/name], but another idea I had for you is [name]Phoebe[/name] - she is classic and spunky, and goes wonderfully with [name]Paige[/name]!
You should use what you like. It’s your baby. I’m a fan of giving a baby a full, formal name and calling her by a nickname. That way, she has options as she grows up and doesn’t like her name or finds there are too many with the same name or simply thinks it doesn’t age well with her personality.
I’m not a fan of the name [name]Daphne[/name]. [name]Josie[/name] is pretty. I would pair it with [name]Elizabeth[/name] if you choose not to make it [name]Josephine[/name].
Some other suggestions to go with [name]Paige[/name]:
I think [name]Josie[/name] can stand on its own just fine and I think it goes well with [name]Paige[/name]. You could call her [name]Jo[/name] or [name]Jo[/name]-[name]Jo[/name] for short. [name]Josie[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] would be cute!
[name]Paige[/name] was actually on our shortlist too, although we are now down to three – [name]Kinsey[/name], [name]Elliott[/name] and [name]Darcy[/name] / [name]Darcie[/name].
I really like [name]Josie[/name], and that was also on our list until quite recently. I don’t think it is too nicknamey… But then we are in the UK, were nickname names are The Big Thing! ([name]Hence[/name] [name]Maisy[/name]!!)
[name]How[/name] about [name]Chloe[/name]? [name]Chloe[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] would be lovely! [name]Chloe[/name] combines the botanical image of [name]Daphne[/name] with the short, spunky sound of [name]Josie[/name].
A few other ideas, besides [name]Chloe[/name]:
[name]Lucy[/name]
[name]Zoe[/name]
[name]Rose[/name]
[name]Ivy[/name]
[name]Iris[/name]

[name]Cora[/name]
[name]Nora[/name]
[name]Eden[/name]
[name]Eloise[/name]
[name]Lily[/name]
[name]Poppy[/name]
