Well I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant with baby boy [name_u]River[/name_u] 
Can’t help but think of #2 if it was a girl.
[name_f]My[/name_f] top names are [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] was always #1 but lately I like [name_f]Isla[/name_f] a lot.
What do you like better with [name_u]River[/name_u]?

[name_u]River[/name_u] [name_u]Leo[/name_u] is gorgeous, congratulations 
Both [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] work well with [name_u]River[/name_u], they both have a cool, nature-inspired vibe.
I’m leaning towards [name_f]Isla[/name_f] due to the subtle water connection and the fact that [name_u]River[/name_u] and [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] both have a lot of strong R sounds.
But [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] has been a love of yours for a long time, so I know you wouldn’t regret using it, R sounds or not!
I love the vibe of [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] with [name_u]River[/name_u], but unfortunately, it’s a bit of a tongue twister 
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] flows better in my opinion and they both link to water so that’s cool!!
Isla Rose for sure! Aurora is a bit hard for some people to see*, and Aurora Rose, imho is too many R’s. And I just like how aesthetically pleasing Isla and River look together.

Personally I would use [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] if #2 is a girl. [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is your name it’s the name I associate with you and I think it would be sad if you didn’t get to use her if you are blessed with a girl I would say go with [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] for sure!

I like [name_f]Isla[/name_f]. I feel like it goes better with [name_u]River[/name_u] because [name_f]Isla[/name_f] makes me think of an island.

Both are lovely names! I think [name_f]Isla[/name_f] rolls off the tongue better with [name_u]River[/name_u] - not too many /r/ sounds.

Honestly I felt the same so impatient just wanting to meet her now she’s here I can’t imagine life without her but those days of lounging around and having the freedom to just go out do feel like a distant memory so enjoy your time before little [name_u]River[/name_u] arrives and changes everything!

[name_u]River[/name_u] and [name_f]Isla[/name_f] gets my vote! So sweet. I get tongue-tied saying [name_u]River[/name_u] and [name_f]Aurora[/name_f]. I think if you’re calling out there names in the future, “River and Isla” is more distinctive.
