[name_f]Elspeth[/name_f]-I love it! It’s so smart & elegant. It’s super feminine yet not frilly. The nn [name_f]Elsie[/name_f] is adorable too, & sounds great w/[name_f]Thea[/name_f].
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] (IHM-eh-jen)-This is nice & goes well w/[name_f]Thea[/name_f]. I like the nn Idgie a lot.
[name_f]Helena[/name_f]-I can’t get into this one, but it’s nice & different. It may get mispronounced. In fact, I don’t know how you would want to pronounce it: Hel-aye-nuh or [name_f]Helen[/name_f]-uh.
[name_f]Fenella[/name_f]/[name_f]Finola[/name_f]-I think that [name_f]Fenella[/name_f] just kind of sounds like vanilla. [name_f]Finola[/name_f] is really sweet though. It’s not overly complicated, yet different. I even more love Finuala.
[name_f]Flavia[/name_f] (FLAH-via)-I don’t care for the sound of this for some reason.
[name_f]Harriet[/name_f]-I want to like this name. It’s vintage & smart sounding, but just sounds too harsh. I do love the nn [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] though.
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f]-This is cute & nice w/[name_f]Thea[/name_f].
I actually like [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] the most from your list, followed by [name_f]Imogen[/name_f]. I don’t think [name_f]Thea[/name_f] & [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] are too similar at all.
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] is a nice name, but [name_f]Thea[/name_f] and [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] does sound too close imo.
[name_f]Thea[/name_f] is lovely and I would adore [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] as a sibling! I also like [name_f]Elspeth[/name_f] ([name_f]Elsie[/name_f]), [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] and [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] from your list. I also like [name_f]Freya[/name_f] but I would indeed not opt for another short name not ending in ah/uh. Also suggesting:
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]
[name_f]Irene[/name_f] (underused I my opinion)
[name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Iris[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]
[name_u]June[/name_u]
[name_f]Ruth[/name_f]
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Marie[/name_f]
I love [name_f]Freya[/name_f] and [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] and don’t think using them alongside [name_f]Thea[/name_f] is a problem at all! [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] and [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] are also nice.
