I like short names due to the long last name, and prefer no nicknames. I’d love to find another alliteration name for either V or G but nothing has stuck yet. [name_f]My[/name_f] short list is all over the place, please help with any recommendations!

I really love [name_u]Eden[/name_u] with [name_f]Veda[/name_f], that’s lovely. As Vedas middle is a classic. How about something like [name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_u]Anne[/name_u]? [name_u]Or[/name_u] [name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
I like [name_f]Nell[/name_f] too and I think, again a classic middle name would pair well with [name_f]Nell[/name_f].

Veda [name_f]Jane[/name_f] w/that fancy last name is just stunning.

Here are my thoughts on your list:

Sylvie-I think that this is cute & nice w/Veda. Spunky, old fashioned, feminine, fairly simple & not too over done. I’m personally more a fan of [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] nn [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]. I just think that [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] seems incomplete, but most people seem fine w/it as a full name.

Gwen-Hm. I do like this as a nn too, but it really is a lovely choice none the less. Sweet, smart, simple, polished, not very popular.

Aspen-Meh, I’m not a fan of this. It’s more modern sounding, & also just doesn’t sound that pretty to me.

Eden-This is growing on me lately. It sounds smart, feminine w/out being frilly, & very peaceful. Is [name_f]Veda[/name_f] Vay-duh or Vee-duh? If it’s the latter, they may be a bit rhyme-y?

Lila-This is sweet, but almost sounds a little too cutesy next to the more glamorous slightly bold [name_f]Veda[/name_f]. [name_m]Just[/name_m] nit-picking. Still a nice name.

Nell-I love [name_f]Nellie[/name_f] or [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] nn [name_f]Nellie[/name_f], but can’t get into just [name_f]Nell[/name_f]. It seems incomplete. It’s not bad at all though.
