Sister for Wallace

Team green but can’t decide for either sex! Big brother is [name_u]Wallace[/name_u]. What’s your vote?

[name_f]Marigold[/name_f]
[name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] (most likely to be called by a nickname ([name_f]Ada[/name_f] and/or [name_f]Heidi[/name_f]) of the 3 names
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]

Marigold is beautiful and vintage, and goes well with [name_u]Wallace[/name_u] IMO. I love [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] as a nn too.

Wallace and Mairgold are lovely together

Wallace and [name_f]Marigold[/name_f]!

Marigold!

Wallace and [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] sound perfect together - that’s what I would go for!

Anther vote for [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] and [name_f]Goldie[/name_f] is so cute!

Marigold!

Hi there.

Marigold! [name_u]Wallace[/name_u] & [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] give me this adorable sweet old folk (but ready for a comeback!) vibe. It’s feminine, simple, unique & just charming. I really like [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], but I kind of think that [name_f]Ada[/name_f] & [name_f]Heidi[/name_f] are stand alone enough names that you should just go w/one of those if you want to call her one of those. I prefer [name_f]Ada[/name_f]. [name_f]Heidi[/name_f] is not my style. And [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is just way too heavy for me. Plus, most little girls these days are some kind of ‘Ev’ name.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the thoughtful response! [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] has definitely fallen out of favor with us because of the rise of other “Ev” names. [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is my husband’s favorite but I really don’t want it to be turned into [name_f]Addie[/name_f], for similar reasons.

Marigold and [name_u]Wallace[/name_u] compliment each other favorably.

I agree with another suggestion on [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] versus [name_f]Adalaide[/name_f].

However [name_f]Adalaide[/name_f] is cute, and I think you could keep the nn to [name_f]Ada[/name_f] versus [name_f]Addie[/name_f].

I agree, [name_u]Wallace[/name_u] and [name_f]Marigold[/name_f] sound like they’re meant to be siblings.

I like them all, but I’d probably choose the most unused: [name_f]Marigold[/name_f]. Its lovely, especially with [name_u]Wallace[/name_u].

Wallace and [name_f]Marigold[/name_f]

Adelaide

Thank you for the feedback, everyone! Hopefully it will help me talk my husband into [name_f]Marigold[/name_f]!
