Sister name is emma. What goes with emma? Hannah; Aviva;

alanna or annabelle. My favorite name is [name]Anna[/name] but that is my sister in laws name and she would be angry if I used her name. Its my husband sister. So what should I do? Meanwhile my daughter is name after my grandmom emma and my grandmom was anna. What is ur advice. The only thing I don’t love about [name]Hannah[/name] is that my mean stepdaughter name begins with an H. Thanks!

I can see [name]Hannah[/name] with [name]Emma[/name] ([name]Emma[/name] and [name]Anna[/name] seem kind of matchy to me), but if it reminds you of your stepdaughter, that’s probably not the best name. If your sister-in-law will be upset with [name]Anna[/name]/[name]Annabelle[/name], have you considered using either in the middle? There’s also [name]Anne[/name] and [name]Annelise[/name], but the styles of [name]Emma[/name] and [name]Annelise[/name] seem pretty different to me. What about using a name like [name]Diana[/name], nn [name]Annie[/name]?

I think another classic (or even vintage) name would sound great with [name]Emma[/name]!:

[name]Diana[/name] (nn [name]Annie[/name], which is close to [name]Anna[/name]…plus, [name]Diana[/name] ends in an [name]Anna[/name] sound)
[name]Eliza[/name] (E theme, though)
[name]Susannah[/name] (nn [name]Annie[/name]…contains [name]Anna[/name]…)
[name]Sarah[/name] (close to [name]Hannah[/name], but no H beginning)

Another Biblical name you may like is [name]Abigail[/name].

Good luck!

I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Audrey[/name] or [name]Abigail[/name] with [name]Emma[/name]. I also like [name]Jane[/name] with it.
Good luck!

I vote for [name]Aviva[/name].
