I like [name]Petra[/name], [name]Ramona[/name] and [name]Saskia[/name] just the way they are. [name]Oona[/name] and [name]Simone[/name] are too similar to [name]Ramona[/name] so I don’t think they’re good additions. [name]Ursula[/name] and [name]Tirzah[/name] would be my favourites to add.

The only one from the list that would fit would be [name]Ursula[/name], but I don’t really like it as much as the others.

[name]Petra[/name], [name]Ramona[/name], and [name]Simone[/name] would be my pick. I’m not fond of [name]Saskia[/name]–sounds like sexy sack.

I like them all. [name]Petra[/name] is my middle name and [name]Ramona[/name] is my #1 name tho, so I’m probably a little biased. I think the set is fantastic.

I adore this sib set! The only one I don’t personally adore is [name]Petra[/name], but it’s still a good name, just nms. I also love [name]Oona[/name] from your list.

I love [name]Ramona[/name] & [name]Petra[/name] but I’m not sure about [name]Saskia[/name]. I love [name]Simone[/name], but it sounds like [name]Ramona[/name]…maybe [name]Ursula[/name].

@mischa: I agree that [name]Ramona[/name] & [name]Simone[/name] are too close so I can’t use both of them together, but I hadn’t thought about [name]Oona[/name] and [name]Ramona[/name] also being too similar.

I really love [name]Ramona[/name] so I think that means that [name]Oona[/name] and [name]Simone[/name] are out which leaves the alternates as [name]Tirzah[/name] & [name]Ursula[/name].

@lori johnson: Thanks for the suggestions - many of them I won’t use b/c they are either the names of people very close to me or I have bad associations, or else they just aren’t my style. I love [name]Claudia[/name] but absolutely hate the meaning (“lame”) so that’s out. [name]Sigrid[/name] I like alot.

It sounds like people mainly favor the original threesome of [name]Petra[/name], [name]Ramona[/name] & [name]Saskia[/name].

Thanks for the combos but all the names listed would be for first names. Middle names would be for family members and other special things and include possible Margrethe, [name]Lux[/name] and [name]Greta[/name]. None of the “rejected” first names would be used in the middle spot so I’m really just curious about which three would make good first names for sisters.

[name]Petra[/name] is a definite, the other two still under discussion. [name]Oona[/name] comes and goes for me, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that [name]Ursula[/name] wasn’t rejected out of hand. I know people tend to have a very strong reaction to taht name one way of another.
