Hello!
What would you call a sister to [name_u]Bradley[/name_u] and [name_f]Willow[/name_f]? I’d love a classic name, like [name_f]Mary[/name_f] or [name_f]Joanne[/name_f], but I’m also liking [name_f]Jade[/name_f], but I am not 100 % sure. What do you think? Could Idgie work, and in that case, what can it be a nickname for?
Perhaps Maryn/[name_f]Maren[/name_f] [name_f]Johanna[/name_f]?
[name_f]Irene[/name_f] was the first name that came to mind-- [name_u]Bradley[/name_u], [name_f]Willow[/name_f], and [name_f]Irene[/name_f]. You could use Idgie as a nn, but I like Reeny better.
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] nn Idgie
[name_f]Ingrid[/name_f] nn Idgie
Seconding [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] ‘Idgie’ from pp - I think it goes well with [name_f]Willow[/name_f] and [name_u]Bradley[/name_u] and also feels classic. [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] or [name_f]India[/name_f] could be Idgie too
Some other suggestions
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
[name_f]Isobel[/name_f]
[name_f]Iris[/name_f]
[name_f]Jemima[/name_f]
[name_f]Edith[/name_f] ‘[name_f]Edie[/name_f]’ but could be Idgie too

[name_f]Clara[/name_f]/[name_u]Clare[/name_u]
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]
My initial thoughts of [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] and [name_f]Irene[/name_f] had already been suggested by several previous posters, so I think both of those are definitely worth consideration. Otherwise…
[b]For nickname Idgie:

[name_u]Love[/name_u] the suggestions of [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] and [name_f]Josephine[/name_f].
Honestly [name_f]Mary[/name_f]-[name_f]Jade[/name_f] sounds really pretty.
I like [name_f]Jade[/name_f] with the sibset. [name_u]June[/name_u] is similar but more classic.
[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] (bridge-it) or [name_f]Brigette[/name_f] (bruh-geett)nn Idgie
So far, I like:
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f] nn Idgie
[name_f]Edie[/name_f]
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u]
Joesphine
[name_f]Ruth[/name_f]
[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] nn Idgie
I have also come up with [name_f]Cara[/name_f], what do you think?
I think [name_f]Cara[/name_f] works very nicely with the sibset! It is my favorite of your choices.
Have only skimmed so excuse repeats but I also really like [name_f]Imogen[/name_f], [name_f]Bridget[/name_f], [name_f]Cara[/name_f], [name_f]Irene[/name_f] and [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]! (Idgie for first two.)
Other names I like with these two:
[name_f]Mary[/name_f]-[name_f]Rose[/name_f] or another [name_f]Mary[/name_f] hyphen name
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f]
[name_f]Annika[/name_f]
[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]/ [name_f]Cecily[/name_f]/ [name_f]Celia[/name_f]
[name_f]Helena[/name_f]
[name_m]Zo[/name_m]ë
[name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_u]Piper[/name_u]
[name_f]Faye[/name_f]
[name_f]Zara[/name_f]
I wouldn’t use [name_f]Jade[/name_f] - actually, it could be a sort of “third way” - ie have all three names quite distinct and balanced because they’re equally different - so don’t cross it off, but I think you should first go for a name that brings [name_u]Bradley[/name_u] and [name_f]Willow[/name_f] closer together.
