Congrats!
For whimsical:
Sunniva
Aurora
Eden
(That’s my order of preference too, I don’t love saying the name Aurora. But it does go and in some ways it’s the most compatible. My only problem with Sunniva is that I want to say “son-of-a”, which isn’t ideal…I like that Sunny is another nn option. Love Edie, don’t like Eden as much.)
For more vintage and hip:
Hazel
(Love Hazel, but def more quirky cute than Freya which is more mature imo)
For more literary:
Georgina or Georgiana (I think nice if an adaptation of a loved one’s name not the exact name, gives the person some breathing room. Would otherwise use Georgia as a middle. But Georgia does have a similar pattern as Freya.)
Others that I would pair with Freya:
Elodie (“Edie” - obv Edith too)
Aurelia
Elspeth
Celeste
Willow
Sylvie
Astrid
Gwyneth / Gwyneira
Daphne
Ingrid (“Indie”)
Anouk
Leonor
Bridget (“Birdie”)
Avalon
Ivy
Zoe
