I don’t necessarily think that [name]Isabel[/name] and [name]Elise[/name] are too similar. I think the fact that they’re both forms of [name]Elizabeth[/name] is a nice connection, actually. They sound pretty together.
I think using [name]Isabel[/name] would be fine! I don’t think they sound too close.
