I’m trying to browse Nameberry but I get an “unfortunately Internet has stopped” message about every two minutes, and only on this site. Anyone else, or is my device having problems?
I have been having issues for the past few days. It has been an off and on thing for months. I hope they are able to fix the issues. I am guessing they are hoping the issues are fixed.
It’s not just you. [name_f]Every[/name_f] day, at this point, the website crashes for me at least once. It also occasionally comes up with error messages sometimes when I try to load a new page on it.
I’ve been having issues for at least 2 months, no matter what device or internet I use. It always says “Error: Guru mediation” or something like that.
I get 503 errors every 10 minutes or so every time I’ve been on the past week or so, and it’s been off an on for a few months.

It does this on my android tablet.I get error messages on all my devices.
sigh, this has been going on for ages now. As much as I love Nameberry, it’s really making me not want to visit the site at all.
I have had problems with Nameberry for awhile. I notice its worse when I am logged on than when I am not.
I was concerned about this. Between these issues and all the spam, I am afraid that it could be scaring off new posters. Current Berries might grow tired of being so frustrated. I wonder what could be causing the issues and I wonder if they are able to be fixed.
Yep. It’s only recently that I’ve started to get really frustrated. Nameberry is one of the few sites I visit daily, and I can live with the spam, but not even being able to access the page without regular error messages is so discouraging. I’m also very curious as to what the causes are, as it seems like they’re having a lot of issues dealing with them. As far as I know, this has been going on for months (and the spam issues have been going on even longer).
Edit 1: I had to reload the page three times after writing to be able to post at all… Nameberry, please.
Edit 2: Just had to come back and say that I just noticed that ‘Error 503 Service Unavailable’ is listed under the ‘most visited pages’ on my mac. That’s just too hilarious…

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] everyone – I’ve been having these issues recently myself where I almost never did before. We are doing a lot of work on the back end to make things more stable so it may be related to that, but I’ll direct our engineer’s attention to this thread.

[name_m]Hugh[/name_m] reports that he discovered a rogue server that was causing all kinds of problems, including several short outages today. The server has been banished and we hope that all will now be well in the kingdom. ; )

Me too. I have had no issues for the past couple weeks, today I have had crashing, slow speed, and error messages.
I’ve been getting error messages ONLY on Chrome for ONLY This site the past week. It was a problem before as well.
I agree. It’s extremely frustrating. It’s been happening about every 10 minutes for me.
