I love [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] but I don’t really want it paired with a name that sounds vintage grandma-cute, like [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], [name_f]Edith[/name_f], [name_f]Esther[/name_f], etc. I love those names separately but with [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] I find that they tend to age the name REALLY fast. (EG: [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] just makes me think of someone’s great-grandmother. I do think it’s beautiful, but the problem is it doesn’t match my personal image of [name_f]Miriam[/name_f]).
What’s a good middle name for [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] that will make her look fresh, sleek, and definitively 21st Century?
I like the idea of something sleek and smooth with [name_f]Miriam[/name_f]. To get that feel, it can’t be to long or elaborate of a name, in my opinion.
This is all I’ve got for now! Maybe I’ll come back later if I think of more. I think short, modern word names work wonderfull for this. Is this at all down the line you were thinking, or are these too contemporary?
[name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Noor[/name_f] was my first thought - [name_f]Noor[/name_f] is the ultimate beautiful, fresh, “sleek” name to me.
[name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] and [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_u]Vesper[/name_u] are lovely and really fit the bill I think. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_u]Rue[/name_u], [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Zara[/name_f] or [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Elise[/name_f]?
So far I’m liking [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Daphne[/name_f], [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Noor[/name_f], and [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Chloe[/name_f]!
I love [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] and I agree she needs a more spunky, young and “fun” middle name not to look like it belongs on someone’s grandma.
I really like the idea of [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Lola[/name_f], [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Ziva[/name_f] or [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Aviva[/name_f]… [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_u]Indigo[/name_u], [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Willow[/name_f], [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Daffodil[/name_f], [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Ava[/name_f], [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f], [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Alaska[/name_f]… I’m not very good at this, apologies.
While neither name is modern, I think [name_f]JAne[/name_f] sounds simple and sophisticated and [name_u]James[/name_u] is an interesting new girls’s middle.
