We are expecting our second son in [name]July[/name], and so far, no one name is really sticking out as being THE [name]ONE[/name]. There seem to be plenty I like, but I’m having a hard time imagining a child of my own with the name.
Big brother is [name]Leo[/name] [name]Sebastian[/name], and so far our shortlist is looking like this:
I love [name]Cedric[/name] and [name]Caspian[/name] from your first names! [name]Ronan[/name] and [name]Rowan[/name] are okay, but not a fan of [name]Euan[/name] or [name]Silas[/name].
I love the idea of [name]Leo[/name] and [name]Ronan[/name] or [name]Leo[/name] and [name]Silas[/name]! I adore [name]Caspian[/name]–it’s probably my favorite of your options–I just don’t like it with [name]Leo[/name] quite so much.
I like [name]Caspian[/name] [name]Hugo[/name], [name]Silas[/name] [name]Theodore[/name]/[name]Silas[/name] [name]Alexander[/name], and [name]Ronan[/name] [name]Theodore[/name] the best.
I also think [name]Caspian[/name] is my favourite from your list but think it’s a bit of a mouthful after [name]Leo[/name]. [name]Ronan[/name] [name]Felix[/name] sounds lovely to me and I love the meaning of [name]Felix[/name]. I’d consider this as a first for our baby but sadly [name]Errol[/name] can’t shake the cat association.
After being in a name bubble with just myself and [name]Rich[/name], it’s nice getting some outside opinions!
@G, I’m hoping I might be able to sneak [name]Felix[/name] in as a possible middle, but my partner’s childhood cat was named [name]Felix[/name] and that association is just so strong for him…never mind that the cat grew so big everyone called him “Fat [name]Cat[/name]” in the end!
I also agree with with [name]Caspian[/name] being a lot of name next to [name]Leo[/name], I think we’re leaning more toward 2 syllables again.
I like all of your choices but I would love to meet a little [name]Cedric[/name]. That would make my day. [name]Caspian[/name] is cool, but it’s way too [name]Narnia[/name] for me.
