Picking out names for a baby was so much easier before I was actually pregnant! I found out that I was pregnant about three months ago and am so excited to give my daughter a sibling. My DH and I have decided not to find out the gender since we did the same thing with DD. When DD was born, DH and I really just loved the name Kai for her and thought that Avery Elaine suited it. The two of us have a list of names that we both like, but we aren’t sure if we should stick with unisex/mainly masculine names or what. We really need help and are more than okay with suggestions. If the baby is a girl, then her middle names will be Sloane Eleanor and if it’s a boy then it will be Riley Everett. Thank you for all the help, we really appreciate it!
[name_u]Kai[/name_u] [name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_f]Elaine[/name_f] and:
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]
[name_f]Olive[/name_f] [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]
[name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]
[name_u]Carter[/name_u] [name_u]Riley[/name_u] [name_u]Everett[/name_u]
[name_u]Blaise[/name_u] [name_u]Riley[/name_u] [name_u]Everett[/name_u]
[name_u]Flynn[/name_u] [name_u]Riley[/name_u] [name_u]Everett[/name_u]
Your names for both middle spots are great! I prefer names that easily identify whether the person is male or female so I would choose one that is more often used for girls. I really like [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] as a first name for her if you’d like to consider moving it to the first spot. Other suggestions…
[name_u]Delaney[/name_u]
[name_u]Quinn[/name_u]
[name_u]Rue[/name_u]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_u]Eden[/name_u]
[name_f]Soleil[/name_f] (so-[name_m]LAY[/name_m])
[name_f]Esme[/name_f]
[name_f]Xanthe[/name_f] ([name_m]ZAN[/name_m]-thee)
[name_f]Uma[/name_f]/[name_f]Oona[/name_f]
[name_m]Tage[/name_m] (I just heard it on an athlete this week and love it - sounds like [name_m]Gage[/name_m] with a T)
[name_m]Piers[/name_m]
[name_m]Nash[/name_m]
[name_m]Eames[/name_m]
[name_m]Julian[/name_m]

For a girl I would stick with unisex names; for a boy I would go with a clearly masculine name.
