After mulling it over a few days, my husband has said he no longer wants to consider [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m]. It just isn’t growing on him like he thought. I asked what else he wanted to consider and now I think we’ve narrowed it down to [name_u]August[/name_u] vs [name_m]Augustin[/name_m]. Middle is still up in the air, we may go with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] or with a family name.
Which do you like better between those two? My other two kids are L30 and M@rg0t (please don’t write their names in the responses!)
[name_u]August[/name_u]! [name_u]Love[/name_u] the sound of it and I think it works nicely with your other kids - slightly vintage but fresh and modern sounding too
I still like [name_u]August[/name_u] with your kids, [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] feels too grand and serious with their lighter, more energetic names in my opinion.
I prefer [name_u]August[/name_u] in general and with your other children; [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] seems stuffy in comparison to their names. Plus I think [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] flows better than [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m].
I think [name_u]August[/name_u] is best with your sibset. It’s short and strong, just like the other children’s names. [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] is a favourite of mine but just feels a bit too long and formal.
Another vote for [name_u]August[/name_u]…all three of your children will have two-syllable first names. And I think [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] flows better than [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m].
If you had said [name_m]Augustine[/name_m], I would have picked that one. Somehow [name_m]Augustin[/name_m] just seems like it’s missing the e. So I’d opt for [name_u]August[/name_u].
