Would love some feed back about my latest crop of names for the little girl:
[name]Georgia[/name]: It seems very popular here in nameberry land but not as much outside according to the social security page. I’m just worried that the trend-setters will make the name skyrocket up the list
[name]Greta[/name]: I’m curious, what is your first impression?
Adrienn:
[name]Shea[/name]: I’m leaning towards names without the -ee- or -ie- or -y- sound at the end. I’m partial to names with Rs because I think they sound ‘stronger’. But I find myself coming back to [name]Shea[/name]. What is your first impression?
I love 3 of them. [name]Greta[/name] is just not my style.
[name]Georgia[/name] is popular but sounds cool so I still like it.
[name]Adrienne[/name] is sweet. lovely, feminin, but not too feminin.
[name]Shea[/name] is my fav. It sounds unique. easy going, light, but also strong.
I love [name]Georgia[/name]! It’s so pretty, I think that is my favourite of your choices. [name]Adrienne[/name] is alright, but it just has a bit of a dated/masculine feel to me - have you perhaps considered [name]Arianne[/name]/[name]Arianna[/name]? They just feel a little more feminine to me, but hey, that’s just my opinion! [name]Shea[/name] I’m not keen on - I never know how to pronounce it. I’m guessing [shay] but I know a family whose surname is [name]Shea[/name] so it will always have a surname edge for me. [name]Greta[/name] is nice, but it’s a little harsher sounding than lovely lilting [name]Georgia[/name]. I knew a Greete (she pronounced it [name]Greta[/name]) from Estonia which definitely warmed me to the name somewhat, but of your choices I choose [name]Georgia[/name]!
I could probably have said that in one sentence rather than as many as I did, but hey! [name]Hope[/name] it helps!
