Solomon

What are your thoughts on the name [name]Solomon[/name]? I use to never like this name, but for some reason I’ve recently fallen for it! I’m not sure for middle names, I’ve thought of [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Asher[/name], but I would love more suggestions. Thanks!

[name]Solomon[/name] is so handsome! It would be towards the top of my list but my husband doesn’t really like the strong biblical associations. [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Asher[/name] sounds amazing!

i really like the sound of the name [name]Solomon[/name] but not the biblical connections. I think [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Asher[/name] sounds nice

Middles:

[name]Solomon[/name] [name]Micheal[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name] [name]Jacoby[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name] [name]Jason[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name] [name]Levi[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name] [name]James[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name] [name]West[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name] [name]David[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name] [name]Reid[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name] [name]Rhys[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name] [name]Joseph[/name]

I like it! But it feels very adult to me, almost somber. So I like how [name]Asher[/name] kind of elevates it to a younger & happier place!

Something surnamey & a little trendier in the middle like [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Hunter[/name] or [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Spencer[/name] really work even though those kinds of names aren’t my style. Maybe research the profession of you grandparents or great grandparents for a unique profession name like [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Baker[/name]? I think ther -er end works well here so if you’re looking for something besides [name]Asher[/name] I think you’re on the right track!

On the classic side I think [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Henry[/name] sounds especially nice.

Also nature names with a lighter tone like [name]Fox[/name] or [name]Sky[/name] or [name]Micah[/name] could work. But anything bordering on dark or mournful could be a bad match like [name]Wolf[/name] or even [name]River[/name].

Thanks everyone! I like the suggestions of [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Reid[/name], [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Rhys[/name], and [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Henry[/name]. Not sure if I’d actually use [name]Henry[/name] because it is SO popular where I live, I’m getting a little tired of hearing it. I also thought of [name]Solomon[/name] [name]Ezra[/name] as an option.

I know a little boy named [name]Solomon[/name], and as a [name]Christian[/name], I feel like the name is just so heavy for a child to carry off! I also don’t like their nn for him, [name]Solly[/name]. It also reminds me of salmon, or salamanders.

I love how wise and regal [name]Solomon[/name] sounds! I’m not really a fan of [name]Asher[/name] by itself, but I think it works well with [name]Solomon[/name], in that it helps to lighten the almost serious mood of it. Definitely needs a “lighter” name to go with it.
