I am pronouncing Adeleide closer to the Portuguese pronunciation. I may end up going with [name]Adelaide[/name], I am not sure yet. The [name]German[/name] [name]Adelheid[/name] is also an option since I am using this name to honor my sister [name]Heidi[/name]. My other sisters initials are A.K., thus [name]Kate[/name], so I can subtly honor both sisters in one name. What are your thoughts on this combo? I know the flow isn’t ideal like my favorite [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Alexandra[/name] [name]Kate[/name], but I like that I can honor my sisters at the same time in a small way.
I like all these names, but it really does not flow very well. However, it might sound better once you put it with your last name.
Actually our last name doesn’t really sound good with much. It sounds best with names ending in something soft like “a”. It is a short one syllable name.
I actually prefer [name]Sophia[/name] Adeleide [name]Kate[/name] over [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Alexandra[/name] [name]Kate[/name].
I prefer the idea of [name]Sophie[/name] [name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Kate[/name]. I don’t like [name]Adelheid[/name] at all.
