I prefer [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] because it feels more modern.

They’re about the same to me, but I voted [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] in the end (which I may like slightly more anyway) mostly because I prefer the spelling [name_f]Sofia[/name_f] over [name_f]Sophia[/name_f].
