Sophie, Emma or Hannah

These are the most consistently popular names that I like (I don’t like many popular ones).

Which one would you pick:

[name_f]Sophie[/name_f]

[name_f]Emma[/name_f]

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f]

and why?

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f] - I like the gentleness that it has to it and the subtle strength. [name_m]Han[/name_m] is a cute nn too.

[name_f]My[/name_f] second pick would be the sleek, sophisticated [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f], it has a warm & friendly feeling to it. Second would be [name_f]Emma[/name_f] (maybe because I like names with double-letters lol).

That’s so hard because I genuinely love them all! They are some of the gentlest, sweetest names for girls. Simply timeless. No one can ever go wrong with any of these.

I think my pick would be [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] — but that’s just if I had to pick, and my reasons are all personal. (I have a cousin named [name_f]Sophia[/name_f], so I wouldn’t use [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] myself because of that; and [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is just incredibly popular, and I do prefer to avoid the Top 10.)

[name_f]My[/name_f] fn is [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and I never really loved my name, I’ve always liked the name [name_f]Anna[/name_f] though go figure! I know a lot of Hannahs, but the oldest are definitely around my age.

The nn [name_m]Han[/name_m] and [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] banana are super annoying a d I hate them haha :joy: if I had a choice from your list I would choose [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] but suggest [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]. If you like [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] I would also suggest [name_f]Anna[/name_f].

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite is [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]. I don’t like [name_f]Emma[/name_f] because it is too popular I just don’t really like the name anyways. For some reason I’ve always had a bad association with the name [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]. [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] is nice a soft but spunky at the same time

Hannah’s my name, so that’s easily top choice. I hate the nickname [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] [name_f]Banana[/name_f], but I’m sometimes nicknamed [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] [name_m]Bear[/name_m] or just [name_m]Bear[/name_m] by my family. Second choice would be [name_f]Emma[/name_f].

I would pick [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]! It feels classic and friendly. And as a teacher it feels a little more rare than [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] and [name_f]Emma[/name_f], even if they are all common!

I like them in the order you put them funnily enough!

[name_f]Sophie[/name_f] is one of my all time favorite names. [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is fine, and [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] doesn’t do anything for me.

[name_f]Sophie[/name_f]! :sunny: I don’t know anyone with this name, but I know several people with the other two. [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] feels so sunny and light to me, plus has a special personal connection to daughter-and-motherhood in my own eyes. I love it!

I love [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]!

If you had [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] here, I’d say that was my favourite of the common names (spelled Sofia). It’s name association but any of the Sophies I have met or know from popular media are the opposite of wise…

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f] and [name_f]Emma[/name_f] are both beautiful names. I view a [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] as more calm, introverted and quiet while [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is bold, energetic and bubbly. Nothing wrong with either personality! However, it’s again a name association bias that happens with popular names because you know of so many more actual personalities with those names. I’m sure many people would rightfully disagree with my descriptions of these names!

[name_f]Hannah[/name_f]. I’ve just always loved it’s simple, easy to wear sweetness and palindrome symmetry. It also has a witchy vibe to me after reading about an elderly hedgewitch named [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] - which is a good thing imo.

definitely [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] !!

[name_f]Sophie[/name_f] all the way for me. It is so chic and elegant, but doesn’t feel as overused as the other two (maybe that’s just because it’s not very common where I live)

[name_f]Emma[/name_f]- While it may be very popular (as you noted) [name_f][/name_f] and I might not be a huge fan of that, I think it’s so pretty and classic. Though [name_f]Sophie[/name_f] was a (very) close second.

[name_f][/name_f]

I also am a fan of [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]

[name_f]Sophie[/name_f], [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] are also three favourites of mine so this was a tricky question! Purely based on the fact that I have cousins called [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and [name_f]Anna[/name_f] (sounds too close to Hannah!), I’d go with [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]!

Emma!! I’ve been loving it so much recently and I can now see myself with an [name_f]Emma[/name_f] more so than my beloved favorite of [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
