SOS in need of new girl names to love

Hello! I need to add more girl names to my list ASAP.

Alma is my angel baby, and Maya is the other favorite girl name we adore with all our hearts

Are their other names like Alma and Maya that can be said in Spanish but also have use outside of the Latino community? (We are an interracial/interfaith couple and want something versatile like Alma or Maya, or Oscar, the boy name we love)

My husband likes:
Nora
Naomi
Nadia
Jane
Vanessa (he’s less passionate about this one right now)

I like… a ton of names. Carmen, Claudia, Ramona, Inez, Araceli, Paloma, the list could go on forever.

But it would really help us right now to have some girl names we adore the way we love Maya and Alma.

Edited to add: We love Elena too, but the two pronunciations and the abundance of Ellie names makes it less appealing.

@Ehrob1 thanks for the suggestions! I could see us using [name_f]Gia[/name_f], I love [name_f]Inez[/name_f] and [name_f]Frida[/name_f]. [name_f]Camilla[/name_f] is beautiful too, which pronunciation do you use?

@Greyblue thank you for the list! I’ve thought about [name_f]Clara[/name_f] before but I’ve dismissed it because of the pronunciation differences, maybe it’s time to go back. [name_f]Lola[/name_f] and [name_f]Celia[/name_f] are great as well, I still don’t know how I feel about [name_f]Luna[/name_f], I’ll have to think about it!

I haven’t seen Diana mentioned! Might be too popular for you but I think it’s a great cross-culture pick.
